I placed my order on Feb 13,2015. Today is second of March and they have NOT shipped my order yet. Also, on their website it says that any order above 99 dollars from Saudi will be express shipment! I have contacted them so many times and each time they say give us from 3 to five days. I called them today and she (Ashley) said that they will ship my order before the 7th of March. Now how is that EXPRESS SHIPMENT? I paid using PayPal, can anyone please tell me how to get a refund and most IMPORTANTLY, how to file a complaint against Jollychick as it is a spam and I am preparing a video to be published on my Youtube chanel and Instagram to warn everyone from this horrible fake store! I recently purchased several items. They sent me a SM dress instead of an XL and the glasses I ordered were supposed to be clear glass but were impossible to see clearly through. The earrings I ordered were pretty but one of them hung sideways on your ear. I explained clearly and requested a return voucher; was told I needed to send a picture of what was wrong with the items. I informed them I did not have a digital or camera phone and that I should be taken on my word and just hold my return credit until it arrived for inspection. No way! Ridiculous to communicate with. Obviously they are not backing up the quality of your order. No more business here!

The clothes were good for the price. One dress did not arrive, as they were out of stock. The "promised refund" email is still not showing any promise to my credit card (See update). There was also fraud case opened on my credit card after using the site. Ladies, if you plan to buy from this site, PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD. Please use gift cards.

My card number was changed, and with that, the risk management team with my bank has reimbursed the funds that I did not legitimately spend on Jollychic. I can not honestly say Jollychic was at fault for my stolen information, but I do feel the website still needs to be more secure. I had to rearrange my finances quite a bit. As for the refund, Jollychic's employees have been in constant email correspondence and have provided me with an item of equal value to what I paid for and did not charge me shipping. Because of their dedication, my review has been revised and the rating has gone up. I would consider shopping through Jollychic.com again (with a giftcard) as I do really enjoy the clothing and also get many compliments when wearing items from this site.
