Anything I have gotten from Jeulia is still the same as the day I got it... i wear my ring almost everyday, the earrings and necklace I have recently purchased are just beautiful. I wear the earrings daily, the necklace when dress up. So far, no problems at all except for saying thank you when ppl compliment my jewelry.

I purchased a ring set from this horrible company only find that the products were so poorly made that they were just not worth buying.
And so I contacted the customer representatives for a refund.
After which, I was told to take pictures of the jewellery and that if everything checked-out, that I would be eligible for a refund.
Everything was fine, and I then proceeded to ship the items back to them with tracking, which cost me all of $23 CAD
Following this and upon confirmation receipt of the ring set, I contacted Jeulia again(via chat) to confirm the arrival of the products. Since it had been nearly a week since they received the items without any updates - to which I was told to enter the tracking into my account and where they would finally acknowledge receipt and told me they would then process the refund.
Two days later, I received a notice saying they had credited my account!
I then contacted customer service once again and asked why they had credited my account after agreeing to process a refund - only to be told that they could not process a cash refund since I had "manually processed a return"
How crazy is that?
At any rate and several weeks later, I can thank god for Paypal buyer protection!
And so word to the wise my friends...
When Jeulia.com decides to rip you off with cheap tactics to keep your money, do yourself a favor and buy your products using the Paypal payment process. And don't forget to inform Paypal of the the deplorable service you received from these charlatens, as this will help remove these parasites from the economic gene-pool!

Every ring I have bought from jeulia looks stunning and is great quality. I've had some of mine for over a year that yes have been washed, and even worn swimming and they haven't tarnished. The jeulia stone looks like an actual diamond. The customer service is amazing as well. I highly recommend it.

They have horrible customer service. Canceled an order the day of purchase that was made in error. To ensure it wasn't shipped. They refuse to issue refund, will not answer their customer service line and will only communicate via email in the middle of the night.

My order date: 3/13/2019, Amount $119.00. This order was not correct. It should have been 30% off with a total of $83.30 with free shipping. When I clicked place order, it showed me $83.30. When I was charged it then came in at $105.10. I was also told I would receive a free sterling silver wrap-around ring with my first order. There was no wrap around ring and my amount was incorrect. I've tried contacting this company by email and their responses are all the same and automated. I tried Facebook and their response to me was to buy another ring and then they will include the wrap around ring. This is false advertising and when I clicked "place order" my total showed $83.30! Since when and HOW are companies allowed to change an order? No one contacted me AT ALL. They just charged extra! They have MANY complaints with BBB in regards to this. No one answers the phone, ever! The ring they shipped is defective as well, missing a stone.

2. It seems that you added two items in your cart at first, so the code H30 was available and you saw the price $83.30 for the ring. But after you removed one item, the price $83.30 was invalid. Per our records, you already used the code FB20 to get an extra 20% off for your order.
3. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$99. The ring cost US$95.2 after the discount 20% off so that your order was not free shipping, but charged you $9.9 for standard shipping.
4. If the customer register on our website, we do offer free sterling silver wrap-around ring for the first order. However, since you didn't log in your account, the free ring wasn't included in your order. Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
