Rings I got are very pretty and they were delivered on time. I have no complaints. We'll see down the road how durable they are & how long they last. Can't beat the price.
I wanted to return a ring I purchased, as it didn't look like I had hoped. I have purchased many rings that from here and been very satisfied. That being said the return process was difficult and, after paying for shipping it back ( $30.00), having taxes deducted, and any discounts, I would've basically gotten nothing back, so I didn't bother to return it. I guess that is what is meant by "easy" returns. I now have a ring I paid over $100 for, I'm out money, and I a ring I have no use for. I doubt that I will be purchasing from here again.
I will not order from again. The customer service and quality of product is lacking. I also completed a review on the website which was never posted; probably because it wasn't a good one. In less than a month the yellow wore off my rings. The express shipping for an additional $20 is a joke.
When my ring got here, the box was crashed in 2 corners and the bottom draw was broken. I was looking forward to my ring and the box. Totally disappointed.

Its a BEAUTIFUL ring and i love it except for the engraving part, its cricked, off point, and the julia signature is more distinct than the actual engraving

I am a person who likes shiny things but dont want to go broke trying to get them this site has something for everyones taste and they even have discounts! It came so quick i was expecting weeks and weeks of waitinh or trying to contact a company that never answers so im glad this wasnt a scam.
The ring is beautiful and it came super quick. I'm just a little dissapointed in the sizing, as it is too small despite me ordering the same US size that my wedding ring is. I will just resize it... no biggie. Overall, it's a very nice product and I'd order again.
They are horrible to work with. Don't expect a refund. They don't stand behind their 30 day no hassle return. They are liars and thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Not well made. Stone fell out after one wearing. I did nothing strenuous while wearing the ring, nothing more than washing my hands.
I have lost count of how many rings or ring sets I have BUT I can tell you all out there mail or female this JEWERLLY is the best so if you are tbinking of dipping your toe in to try don't bother JUMP RIGHT IN AND GET AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, YOU WILL LOVE JUST DO IT FOR YOUR SELF.
