Very beautiful ring

Photo does the ring NO justice. It's very beautiful! The stone is perfectly cut. The stone and ring are both a pretty rosy color and really sparkle! I was nervous this ring would be too dainty and I'd break it easily at first, but it is pretty tough.

Buyer beware. Delivered completely incorrect item. All shipped out of China. I notified them of issue on the day i received. They would not provide detail to return the item for days (while they tried to get me to buy incorrect item at a discount). They finally provided return shipping info, and i shipped back to them next business day (Australia to US). As i didn't send proof of shipping notification to them within 7 days (i have since provided this proof of course), they have said my case is closed, and they will not refund. I never received the items, nor would I want them. This company is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY

Return service is absolutely ridiculous and I will not shop or recommend this company to any one. Watch out pain in the $#*! to get your money back had to finally call credit card and they credit was given instantly

GARBAGE

Don't waste your money on this jewelry. It is garbage and they will not stand behind their product. I bought a pair of earrings and they would not clasp. They will not issue full refund. Total scam! Buyer beware.

Love this bracelet

I ordered the Sincere Love Bracelet, item #JEAR0010, sterling silver, alternating purple stones and smaller white stones. Love the chain clasp. Bracelet sparkles in the light and is comfortable on wrist. Great turn around time. Will definitely order from Jeulia again.

Dissapointed

Me & me missus bought engagement rings from Jeulia (Black ones with skulls). After a WEEK we noticed signs of wear. Paint started coming off and after 4 weeks we have decided to bought a new ones (not from
Jeulia!). Issues started at day when I was collecting them at UPS. I had to pay border fee! Jeulia refumded money but before they did that, they offered me £25 discount to buy something from their store.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND theirs jewellery! It's not worth the money at all. I wish I checked opinions before I bought rings.

They will give you the round around about your refund. Nothing but continuous reply emails offering store credit. I'm still waiting on my refund
