I never received the item and to date, have not received a refund. I refused delivery and it was eventually rerouted to a different customer, not returned to China, but instead shipped to Walnut, CA and received by "Jimmy" on 05/22/17 at 11:44.

They are located in China, so communications are delayed. The online order processed without applying the 30% discount and free shipping, so I immediately requested they cancel my order, and stated it in writing that I did not authorize them to charge my card. Instead, they replied back a day later saying that they could not cancel the order because it had already shipped, yet tracking records show that it was scanned for pickup 2 minutes after sending me the email saying they could not cancel because it had shipped, then it was scanned as picked up another day after that. They insisted I receive the item, assume "responsibility for it" and return it, so that they could charge me shipping to and from and "taxes", totaling who knows how much! I still have not received the item or a refund and am fighting this charge through my credit card company.
I love my ring. I got it less than 2 weeks after ordering. Fits perfectly. The only complaint I have is the engraving. $20 for an engraving under the logo. Is so small, at first I couldn't even see it & was going to email them to say they forgot it. So don't bother with that. Everything else was perfect.

The ring was pretty. I wore it a couple of weeks until the setting started rubbing a blister on my pinky finger. I contacted the company for a refund and was going to shop locally. Jeulia would not refund my money because I supposedly removed the size tag. They would exchange it without said size tag. I don't remember it having a size tag. Also they wanted $20 for return shipping. Also the advertised free shipping but charged me $20 shipping. I'm keeping the ring because from the bad reviews I've read, I don't trust them to do what they say.
After two weeks the silver is coming off not very good quality. If I had it to do over I probably would not buy a ring from this place very dissatisfied with the product

They do not honor their 30-day Hassle free return policy. I have been trying for more than 30 days to return a ring and now they tell me because it has been more than 30-days they will not honor the return policy. I have had correspondence back and forth where they required I send a picture of the ring I was returning and offered an exchange. Each time I commented that I simply wanted to return the ring and get my money back. They never gave me an address to mail the ring to. This company is a joke.

I was able to purchase two rings at different times from Jeulia after a car accident left me pennyless and i saved enough up to buy something for myself with my husbands coaching to buy the rings. I was leary at first since money is tight and read reviews, some bad, some good and took the chance. Well after the first ring was delivered i said ok let me try again for our anniversary my husband purchased another and again they arrived in perfect condition and are brilliant reminders of the love we have for each other! Order and delivery was very easy. I did pay for express shipping and received the ring as promised. I had to exchange for a smaller size. The exchange process was smooth as well. Even with the exchange, the entire process took about two weeks.

I purchased a wedding set on 04/13/17 and it was absolutely lovely; however, after I had it for about 3 weeks the band on the rings have lost their rose gold color. Very disappointed they do not retain their color very well.

I'm a regular customer of Jeulia rings. They have all been gorgeous! I also love the packaging. It's a small cardboard jewelry box, that is easily used to store jewelry or other odds and ends.My only complaint is how long it takes to receive an order. As long as quality is not comprised, orders should be a little more speedy.
The ring itself is amazing, quality, look and her excitement was perfect. The engraving is very poor I was very disappointed as the engraving was put over top of the Jeulia engraving making it all look very scrambled and nearly impossible to read. Engraving was a complete waste.

I love the rings / jewerly Jeulia makes. Everything is stuning. I loved the packaging the ring came in and of course how fast I got the ring. Can't remember if 1 or 2 days after ordering. However, the return policy is NOT easliy accessible. And because I had to take the tag off the ring to make it fit correctly, that voided me being able to return for a sizing issue or just needed my money back. So now I am having to sell posted on sites.
Horrible Liars! They DO NOT take calls, they provided an un-trackable bogus return address. DO NOT take a chance! Didn't take any action until I disputed the PayPal charge and then STILL provided bogus return info.

Rings are inaccurately sized and quality is sub-standard. The online picture portrayed much larger diamonds than the actual rings. They were barely visible when seen in person. The size was completely off. UPDATE:. Merchant did refund my money. Very professional and ethical

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
