Very deceptive advertising. It says it's FREE Shipping but I was charged $20.00 for shipping. When I complained, their response is its defaulted to expedited shipping "so their customers can get their jewelry sooner", We'll, I'm not in a hurry and it should be my choice whether I want to pay that amount or not. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I asked for my $20.00 but I haven't heard anything. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN!

I bought my girlfriend a champagne Sapphire two piece engagement ring for her birthday. Got it and opened the box to see a purple stone instead of champagne. When my girlfriend messaged the jeulias account on Facebook. She told them how it was a mistake and the stone in the ring was not the same stone on the ring in the picture on the website. The manager of the facebook account assaulted my girlfriends intelligence by (after seeing the pictures she had sent of the ring) rudely saying that the stone changes color in the light and it wasn't amethyst as my girlfriend had proposed. I am very stricken by this conversation that an employee would treat a customer in such a way. This company will not receive mine my appreciations after a due apology.
This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. I received my item promptly and didn't meet my expectations. There was no invoice in the bag which is unheard of. After emailing the company stating I wanted to return it and where to do so, I have been given the runaround since and I'm still waiting for the return info. I will be sure that everyone knows how horrible this company is
