Paid for my ring twice because of a return shipping error. I love the design of the ring and it is lovely, but the rose gold plating has already worn off the hearts which greatly changes the appearance I so loved in the ring. I would not recommend buying any jewelry with gold color plating.

After sending an email to discuss my return of the ring, I was sent multiple emails asking me to do this and that just to return a ring that I had just received, had not worn and had not even taken out of the box. I should never have to go through such lengths just to return a product I am not satisfied with. I had to take pictures just for you to give me the ok to send the ring back. It was absolutely ludicrous. The ring is still sitting in the box and I still don't have my money back. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience and the company. I will never purchase from this site again!
