Once I submitted my order for the ring the response was quick and rec'd in a timely manner. If I saw other items I would truly order. I would recommend Jeulia to friends. Also, the price for item purchased was reasonably and the item really brings out the charm bracelet I have.

When I was asked how I would pay for my order it went to PayPal, but on anyone else's site it comes back so you can look at what you are ordering and enter a promotion code, verify shipping before you submit your order. This went straight to your order has been placed. Yeah it was placed with no code and $20.00 shipping. So I cancelled it right away and find out ohh it's been shipped. Well I still haven't gotten it! But I have been charged for it.
Also for this review it says purchase date 2/21/2016. I just purchased it in July 2017.

I got 1-4 day shipping and it has been 7 days and I still don't have my package. Not a huge deal but for $20 extra I would've like to have it on time

Talked with a representative, in the online chat department, whose name was Eric. He was nice but not helpful at all. He didn't seem very anxious to look up any info for me and help me find a lost ring I returned to the company. I chatted with Wendy a couple of times and each time she was very helpful... however, I am still out $127.56 from the company because Eric didn't really help at all.

Exceptional packaging. Beautiful ring. I get a lot of compliments on it. It's as I had hoped it would be.
The ring I got didn't look like the picture or video. The stone is flat and not raised as I saw in the pic and video and you could barely see the details around the ring. I know I shouldn't have ordered unless I've seen the item in person--never ordering online again... at least from this company... Well, at least I can tell they have a very good videographer... I should have known better. A lesson is learned.

It's more beautiful in person. Love the design of the ring, and looks more expensive, than it is. Very comfortable on the finger. You won't be disappointed. So happy I made this purchase, and it arrived sooner, than I had expected, which is a plus. Love it.
