My husband got me the blue sapphire center stone with white sapphires around and a wedding band center. Its dreamy. I love it.
I ordered a ring with bright blue stones in a size 6.5. The ring arrived with dull grayish stones.
I requested a refund. I received a quick response via email, but not with what I wanted to hear. Because I ordered a half-size, it was considered "custom", and they would only offer me an exchange.
Couple issues here:
1 - no where on the order page or check out process, was I alerted that this was a custom product. If I'd known, I would have ordered what they consider a standard size.
2 - The ring is not as pictured. I should not be penalized due to their misrepresentation of the ring. Their customer service was completely inflexible and unable to understand that I did not receive the ring I ordered, regardless of what size they sent.
I do not recommend this business. I am giving 2-stars, because their customer service responded quickly (albeit ineffectively) and I did receive the ring quickly. Too bad the ring did not look like the pictures.
I am very disappointed because I haven't received my order yet and i paid extra to get it back quicker. I will not used this site again.

It did not look like it did in facebook. I wanted to surprise my fiance with a ring that we could use until he could afford one. His favorite color is blue. I don't believe in returns so I didn't return it. But just very sad. Feeling blue!

Paid double because of shipping didn't have a chance to cancel before order was placed didn't show shipping until after order was submitted never again

The ring I purchased is smaller than I thought it would be, otherwise very pretty. Would look better on someone with smaller hands, I wear a size 9.

Service is very good, but you must do all communicating by written chat. Would like to be able to "talk" to someone when written chat gets difficult.

The images presented are most inviting and attractive. The ring I purchased a 3 stone 2 carat ring, looks like it may be a nice gift for a 16 year old, not so much an adult woman. Fortunate for me I have a young granddaughter who will be thrilled.

We purchased my wedding set off of Jeulia and we couldn't be happier the only reason I gave 4 instead of five stars was my shipping took alot longer than what I had paid for but once talking to customer service they located it and got it to me in two days! They were easy to work with and were very nice and helpful. I would recommend paying the extra for 1-4 day shipping because it's worth it! Will definitely purchase from them again.
Paid for 1-4 business day shipping and because of a holiday there I recieved my product after 2 weeks. Not acceptable in my eyes

I received my rings and was very happy with the way they look. I only had them for a week and one of the stones already fell out.

The price is great & when I FINALLY received the ring, it is beautiful. Although it doesn't fit so now torn if I should send it back & wait for replacement or just take to jeweler to have it sized. I am very disappointed that I paid the $20 extra for 1-4 day shipping and received it 9 days later. I guess since it was being shipped from China, there is a holiday called "National Day"? The company should state that the shipping would be delayed when I placed my order.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
