Rings soldered together

I received my rings, loved them but would have been happier had the 3 rings stayed together. I could not get anyone around here to do it. I contacted Jeulia, agreed to pay for it, and sent them back. They only had them a few days and I got them back just like I wanted. They did a beautiful job and I am totally thrilled with my new wedding set. Thank you Jodie

The picture of the ring made it look expensive, but when I got the ring it did not look that way at all, keeping it but wont' order from them again. Ring was way too much money for what I got.

Tested glass

Usually fake sapphires still test sapphire. This tested glass. Disappointed is an understatement. It is stamped sterling so that is good, but I wanted something more than glass.

Just know if you order a size that is not a whole size they consider it custom and you cannot return for your money back.

(Custom sizes are all of other sizes except the following: Women’s Sizes: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Men’s Sizes: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10). While we cannot accept the return of the ring, we still want to do everything possible to make sure you’re happy. Bought a ring
November 7, 2017

I had a ring lose a gem and they said to send it back for a repair. I don't want to pay for returning it to China at my expense, when I did not cause the gem to fall out. I only had it on a few times and just bought it about a month ago. Not happy. When I emailed customer service, they kept wanting to make me keep it instead of seeing a picture and refunding me my money or pay return shipping.

Disappointed

I tried to return this ring but my internet wasnt working most of the time so I couldnt send the picture of the item before they would approve it. I finally was able to text. I was told that particular ring was not returnable. It was not a special order, and the tags were still on it. When it was ordered it said there was a 30 day return policy. I kept it and sold it to a friend at a discount. Will never buy another item from this seller.

LOVE the rings. They are beautiful. I've only had them a week. I plan on wearing them like I would normal jewelry and see how they hold up. I am looking to get my engagement/wedding rings from Jeulia. So far so good.

Dont rush workmanship

The second ring I ordered was poor quality. The stone look dense and not as vibrant. It was off centered. Not happy with the second ring at all.
