This is my third ring I bought from Julia! My first ring didn't hold up well. A few of the stones came out, but my last ring has held up very well. I always get compliments on it. I've ordered a number of rings and am generally very pleased. However, this week I have been embroiled in returning one that I didn't like in person as well as in their photo. I properly left the tag on, did not wear it at all, packaged it appropriately, asked for return authorization and then waited days for a response, which came after I sent my email again. They wanted photos to prove the condition and that the tag was on. I provided photos. They gave me the address and told me to inform them of the carrier and tracking for the return. I spent $6.30 on the return. They told me the tracking number was wrong. It was NOT wrong. I sent them all the tracking information from the USPS site. I expect another wait, and also that they will still take away $10 from my refund, if I get it, for the return cost even though I paid. That seems to be what their printed policy is. So, I don't know what to say. The things I have kept have been exquisite and I get many compliments. Just be wary of returns.

I only wore my set two days and a stone fell out. The ring was gorgeous and my sister-in-law kept complimenting on how beautiful it was and the shine. Now Ive got to pay to send it back and can only hope it is an entirely new ring and not a repaired one!

I am trying to Return a Ring to you With Was not as Shown in your photo online. I have sent 4 emails, along with a photo, requested by your Customer Service. I have yet to get a Return Address or a Return Shipping Prepaid Label. This was not at all pictured as shown. This is one thing, but not to receive a reply is more distressing, especially when I sent you these emails and the photo you require. I will not be ever buying from your company again. I also called my Credit Card Company. I will tell everyone I know about your customer service, just terrible.

This is the best quality ring I've ever seen. I had no interest in purchasing a real diamond, they cost a lot but have no resell value. This ring is so beautiful and has a perfect sparkle.
I ordered and received a ring which was beautiful, but unfortunately, was too small. Jeulia did not have it in a smaller size so I exchanged it for a different ring. Joey (customer service) was amazing with keeping me informed and helping me along the way. Thank you for having such a great person on your staff! The ring is nice but not as expected. I also had problems with the sizing and after calling customer service and asked his suggestion was not correct. Wish I had order the smaller size. It cost too much to return so be careful on what size your choose.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment. Now you can see the silver peeking through):
