Without going into a detailed description about the item I purchased, I will just say it is an accessory for a ground hunting blind. There were two similar accessories available from the same manufacturer. One was $11 and the other was $30. The one I wanted was $30. Since the item was under $35, I had to pay shipping.
After waiting for several days, the box was delivered to my home. I opened the box and, low and behold, it contained the $11 item. I went back to check my emails to make sure I had not mistakenly ordered the cheaper item. I had not. When I state, "similar", that is being generous. The two items are actually used for different applications.
This item order was fulfilled by a third-party partner of Jet. This is just sloppy inventory control and demonstrates a lack of oversight by whomever manages the shipping for the seller.
I know a lot of people complain about Amazon. I have had issues with them as well but, overall, they rarely do stuff like this and I have to say, this is inexcusable. On a high note, I found the item I originally wanted to buy on Amazon for $12 less than the Jet price. It included prime shipping. I received it two days after I ordered it and the order was correct. I may give Jet one more try but at this moment, I am not recommending Jet to anyone.
Very pleased with jet.com I have been buying in bulk and it has saved me lots of money. I buy snacks for grandkids, house hold items ect, with free shipping you can't beat this site
I'll make this short and NOT sweet, the fact that folks are here giving reviews on Jet versus being able to leave them on their website should tell you something.
I confirmed that items were in stock before placing my order with Jet and after the lengthy delivery window came and went I called to cancel. After being on hold for 20 mins and getting the manager involved, I was told the order had been cancelled however I received an email around an hour later saying the itrm shipped! Bottom line, I don't have the items or a refund! BUYER PLEASE BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH JET!
I am a disabled person who is shut in, cannot drive, can barely walk. Going grocery shopping has not been an option for me for many years. Having someone else do it is very expensive and embarrassing. Enter Jet.com. I have ordered groceries twice this past month, including a dozen fresh eggs. I was shocked when the orders arrived On Time, were Complete As Ordered, and not one egg was cracked. They ship via FedEx, in cold packs, and it has been a joy that I cannot describe. I can once again select my own food and get top quality, fresh, items at reasonable prices. In fact, the items on my first two orders were listed on their site at less than the local stores, including Wal Mart and Dollar General. Not all items were that low, but neither were they as high as Amazon. Plus, there is no annual fee, they send free samples, shipping is Free 2nd Day if order is over $35, and entire order is cold packed for only $4.95. This is an unsolicited review, and I received nothing in return for writing this. I am truly grateful for the opportunity for greater independence, self-reliance, and better eating that Jet.com represents.
Confirmation means nothing to these people. I thought this would be a great deal, so I bought 3 graphics cards through them. After 2 DAYS of verifications, through phone and over email, the last verification is done. I wake up the next day and they say they've cancelled all of my cards because they are out of stock. Why would you charge someone when something is in stock, then say your going to process, then continue to sell the rest of them to other buyers while you DELAY my transaction for two days. I'm sure many people experienced this same first time buying experience, I would just like to say that IT IS NOT WORTH TRYING. The negatives GREATLY outweigh the positives of this website. DO NOT USE.
Refusing to cancel an Item that was ordered 1 hour ago because it exceeds the 30-mintue cancellation policy is the worst customer service I've heard of. Clearly this is done because they know many customers will not want to deal with the hassle of returning an item (even if shipping is free), especially true in my case since I am ordering for an elderly relative and not myself.

Before trying Jet.com, I wrote down a few VERY SPECIFIC items I needed, then priced them at Walmart first, then Jet.
Jet was higher-priced than Walmart on every item - even by a few dollars.
Good waste of time and money IMHO.
After ordering and the package never leaving the sender location I called jet to see what was going on. First they said there shipping method was such that they could not find my item (don't choose the free shipping). Then they told me they would resend or refund my purchase price in 2-5 business days. There low prices I'm sure are due to lack of business. I got a personal quote from the gentleman who first responded to my issue it said " my goal in life is to not sweat the petty things, and everything is petty.". Not exactly verbatim but the point I got my personal satisfaction and complaint were nothing less than a petty problem that jet could not be bothered with. I will never do business with them again and will be sure to review them as badly as possible anywhere anyone will listen. Just for reference I've never negatively rated anything I generally try to focus on the positive but jet.com is a scam thought with Walmart being the owner it would be better. Probably not going to Walmart as much anymore either. I cannot stand poor business practices in an age were communication and quality is truly simplified.
I received my first order, and everything seems fine. The only complaint I have is the ridiculous packaging! I now have seven cold packs I don't know what to do with, can't put them in the trash as the garbage man charges by weight. Three bags of dry ice giving off gases in my front yard, and two huge bags of this weird padding with plastic over it, bubble bags, etc., taking up almost a whole garbage bag. The large bottle of vinegar was intelligently and environmenatlly correctly wrapped in paper products and did not suffer any damage, but ironically, the two small plastic containers of Italian cheese were busted and the shredded cheese was all over the place. I was able to put most of it into Tupperware, but small plastic shards are still about the kitchen. Can anything be done about this? Can one request abbreviated packaging? Probably not.
Chicken was delicious, and the fresh produce was fresh. I do like the experience of not going to the market where I often shop while hungry, and where I always impulse buy, so I think that over time, I will save money. I was a bit shocked to see that it is technically owned by Walmart. But, it comes down to dough, and dough is what I will save if things continue to function well.
Heavy items like bottled water, dog food in bulk bags, and canned goods are inconvenient to carry. It is nice to have it brought in by someone else for a change.
I ordered Bell'O Espresso Solid Wood Audio/ Video Component Tower with $350 on 3/28/2016, and today I received an email notice said due to the availability, the order was cancelled, I login to their website, the product is still list, but instead with high price of $445.
They don't honor the price on their website, and an order has been accepted.
After reading all these reviews I am glad I never did any business here. On the BBB site it looks like an on line store I will be staying far away from. Thanks all of you reviewers!
Doesn't get any worse than this with FAKE tracking numbers on updated shipping status which cannot be verified and NEVER received a product. Stay away! None of the personnel who I was in contact never get back to me for the second time, despite promises to reach out to me with more info and or update, (which includes multiple phone calls with promises to call back). Customers gets shuffled around with substandard message replies. Up to now NONE of the customer service unable to provide me with ANY information which means that this item was never shipped, and when asked for money back, received no answer. I had to file a complaint with credit company to try to get my money back. This company is clearly running a scamming operations in trying to swindle people out of their money with false advertising and illegal selling practices Public must be aware and informed about of unlawful selling practices when companies like Jet.com selling goods which they even do not have in stock and provide fake shipping status with false tracking numbers which cannot be verified. Appropriate authorities MUST take a closer look to companies like Jet.com who has ability to directly charge customers credit cards for goods which in reality newer gets shipped and hold absolutely no responsibility for such unlawful selling practice.
Absolutely No Follow Through On a Simple Issue On Their Part. No complaint/issue tracking of any kind. If they had a supplier review then no one else would have to go through what I have trying to reorder the product. This is not a cheapo item; over $500.
I was told by the first person that contacted at Jet that they would look into the issue with the supplier and get back to me. Three weeks later no answer and no one their could give me any idea if anyone actually contacted the seller or not. I returned the item immediately and got a refund.
Jet offered me a incentive to try and order from them again so i did, eventually give them both a shot at getting me that product. Once again the product arrived defective [different serial number] in exactly the same way. I can only conclude that the supplier is well aware of this defect and probably told Jet about it. But no mention of it on the Jet sales page for the product and the product is only at a $25 discount to what everyone else sells it for...
Since there is no review process of any kind at Jet the consumer is left hanging and Jet and their suppliers have no incentive to provide good customer service. Since they have no incentive I have no incentive.
I will never do business with Jet again because of the additional charges that have caused pending (fraudulent) charges to my debit card! The total was $130.51; my bank informed me that they tried to duplicate that charge and the bank denied it. Jet doesn't warn customers that there will be an initial pending charge and THEN additional charges every time an item ships in ADDITION! Horrific! When I spoke to customer service, they apologized, but said that due to a glitch in their system, they were forced to return to their old way of doing business. This is a horrible business practice. My bank is about to eat them alive if they don't fix this within 3 days! Also, I received one item that was leaking and couldn't find an option for that on the returns because I don't really want to return the item (SOME of it leaked, but not all). They sent a wrong item (that I needed right away) and though I have a shipping label, I have to find appropriate packaging to return 1 of many items ordered. From now on, I will stick with Amazon; they stand behind everything on their website and fix problems right away on the rare occasions when they occur.
After researching a HDD replacement, I found the one I wanted and did a search for the best pricing. Jet came in with the lowest price. I ordered only to get the HDD today and realize its not the same one I had researched. I re-entered the part number into Jet.com's search bar and got two results. At first glance, the drive appears to be the one I ordered. After adding it to my cart (again), I realized the part number of the item was off by ONE letter in the middle of the item number resulting in the wrong item being added to my cart. I called Jet and spoke to a rep. I was told that I opted out of the free return and would be charged $5.99 + %5 (about $10.00 total) to return the drive. She went on to do the same search, admitted that the result IS different from what was actually searched but refused to accept that the item is wrong but I can still return it however, she would not waive the return fees. She went on to say that she see's that I have made numerous purchases in the past and have always chosen the free return option (higher actual purchase price) but never returned anything. Even seeing that I'm a "regular" and returning customer and always chose the free return option, she offered nothing to help resolve the problem other than to say that I can pay the fees and return it at my expense. With the exception of this one purchase, I was always happy with Jet.com however after dealing with their customer service, regretfully, this will be my last purchase from them. I'll be calling again tomorrow to see if I can get some better results but I'm not holding my breath.
I received 15 dollars off since it was my first purchase and paid only 26 bucks for a USB stick selling for 49 bucks on Amazon. Order was placed on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday! Great experience!
Multiple purchases (all of brand name items) have all gone without a hitch. With the first timer and other discount programs, the prices have been fantastic!
After i placed order, i received a call from jet.com to verify my billing address, then asked me a lot of question about my information, even ask me what's the name of high way close to my address, then later on i received another email this is what they ask me for "Please respond to this email with a picture of your credit card and driver's license. You may black out or cover up any information other than your name and the last 4 digits on your credit card, and your name and address on your drivers license. If your driver's license or ID does not contain an association to the billing address or shipping address please provide an additional piece of documentation that shows your association to either or both of these addresses (bill, mail, etc). "are you kidding me? Shop online just want to buy some water and snack that i need to do those kind of work? I rather walk-in to a store to buy those, i just don't get it why they need to verify billing address use this way? As long as match my credit card billing address and even my credit card already approve this charge! Trash website! Don't bother anymore!
