I bought a Hood that Jegs said would fit my truck upon receiving it was for a Chevy not a Ford. Called and they set up a return and i Immediately bought the correct hood. Its been almost 2 months since i returned the Chevy Hood and Jegs said they refunded me but i have no Credits on my account. They are quick to take your money but arent so quick to give it back. Ive called@ 20 times always getting the run around. I just want my 393.99 back y"all have had your product for a few months now. Call me at *******607 order number **************. Ive included a picture of the returned product you said would fit my truck. And i sent the proof of purchase Why is it so hard to return you a product it makes me think that next time ill order parts from another vender. Ordered breaks. Took my truck apart to realize sent two right break pads no left. They promised to overnight and didn't. 5 days later finally got the right part with an apology after being sent the wrong part and lied to about overnighting the correct part. Had to borrow my neighbors car for three days just to get to work. More of an inconvenience than anything.
I ordered a manifold and it was wrong. My fault. I called to return it and order the wright one. I told the guy I need pretty quick. He said it would ship that day. 5 days later, didn't get it. Called back to see what happen. Talked to another guy. He said it was wrote up as a quote. I said no, I order it. He took my phone number said he would check on it and get back to me. Never heard back from him. Sorry I Bothered them. I just needed a intake. Got kicked to the curb twice never again. Jegs is dead to me.
ATk 350 Crate Engine from Jegs failed immediately blowing white smoke after install. 45 minutes on hold with Jegs to send me to ATK. ATK warranty only allows $50/hr for labor repair. ATK customer warranty guy was horrible as he said, "It is what it is".
Ordered a toolbox beginning of October, was told it wouldn't ship until late November. When it didn't ship I contacted Jegs about a status, no answer, it was shipping from manufacturer and they would be in touch. Today, December 7th still no email or update. So I check my account and they credited my purchase back to my card without explanation nor apology. This is my last dealing with Jegs (Jokes) for anything, plenty others such as Summit, 4x4 online, etc..
Happily took $1200 from me for a brake kit they had not stock of (Did not say this at time of order). 8 weeks later with no communication, I call them and they tell me its at least another 8 weeks and I'll have to wait for a refund.
Do not recommend. No customer service and NO communication.
Support your local automotive store. At least you get the correct product all of the product and then if you never use it you get all your money back I spent $135 plus I had to spend 1350 to return it then I only got $93 of my money back. I guess jags is really hard up for money to rip their customers off, I will never shop here again. It's disgusting, ignorant and unprofessional. If you listen to my blog, I will be putting my warning across the Internet.
I got the runaround for 10 month kept calling same answer,you people said you were calling vender that was bull dust. Your mission statement is don't loose your place in line by canceling. Well that's a crock.Finally the person I ordered it from tech guy 10 month to the day called them he made the call for real this time because he call me back and said they discontinued that blower, 10 month they had my $4000 dollars.piss poor business,BEWARE. Ordered a supposed to performance 4l60e trans. Well I put one in on November. Then I returned that one and put another one in January 1st. Well here it February and I'm trying to return this one. If your trying to make a purchase the agents pickup within 3 mins. If your trying to make a return it's a little over an hour. This time I was on hold for an agent for 2 hours and six minutes. And although the trans was a no go at no fault of mines I paid to had to pay to have it shipped back. I asked them about labor reimbursement they don't do that either. 750 times 3 for labor. Not to mention 12 qts of fluid times 3. Do not buy from these people. They are crooks. You'd come out better going to a local Autozone. Also if you need a transmission go to Monster and get it.
I ordered two items for my truck. One was 116.99 and the other part was 26.99. I received the package from fed ex. When I received the delivery I immediately noticed the box was very damaged, it was so bad it was taped up to keep the sides from completely coming apart. I opened the box to find the 116.99 item missing. I first assumes it was a fed ex problem but when I looked at the shipping label the ship weight was 10lb, the weight of the item received. The missing item weighed 7 lbs. I was charged for both items and can not get any one to answer the phone or emails. They brag about the customer service but it's the worst on line experience I have ever had.
They lied claiming a sport bar fit my truck, once I put it on I realized for $416 this was the most rinky dink thing I've put on this truck. I complained because not only did I have to modify it to fit it to my truck but it also came with damage. They immediately sent fedex to my house knowing the box from shipping was damaged and then offered a $20 refund lol. Not a good company, I was going to spend thousands on an engine for my blazer, would've been a lifetime customer but now? I'll be telling everyone to run for the hills. Horrible company horrible customer service.
Ordered a rectangle stainless steel overflow bottle. Was shipped a round one. Complained and the girl said that the pics in the catalog are only representative and what i get may or may not look like the pics. Why would anyone shopping for their custom car not care about what it looks like, must be just me. She said she'd send a return label but two trips to town and my time would be more than the sixty bucks I paid which i'm sure they're counting on. I ordered a part for my car & jegs was absolutely terrible. They wouldn't send it out because I used my husbands card with my name on the package. They have terrible service. They were very rude. 1/10 would not recommend.
Before you buy try to contact customer service with a question and see if they answer. At on hold 4 different times over 40 minutes and no answer. Finally went on website and ask for a return slip and was charged for a return slip and couldn't get it printed so sitting on hold again.
Ordered a flywheel from these guys and doesnt fit the car even though their fitment guide says it will fit (Stock car thank you very much). So like any normal person i call and ask what they can do about it, i get this customer representative that is just not happy with the world and just wont work with me at all. They refuse to pay me back for return shipping even though it was their own fault the part didnt fit. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a car parts company. Talk about not valuing their own customers.
I have asked repeatedly to get off the mailing list. Unsubscribed multiple times, sent several polite emails, sent several more not so polite emails and sent even more angry emails wishing them personal trauma and telling them their parents don't love them. I even received emails apologizing and saying I was off the spam list. Most things marked as spam no longer show up in my inbox. They will not go away. Prices suck, service sucks and now tech support sucks even more. Didn't think that was possible.

Dollars with this company and recently made a lousy $250 purchase. First they didn't ship it for weeks, then after I called them and asked why, they blamed it on Covid and shipping delays. They then told me they were shipping it and I never received the package. They basically told me The package was lost and they were not going to refund my money or ship a replacement part. The managers would not return my phone calls or Emails. They'd rather loose a customer that spends thousands of dollars with them then make it right. Terrible customer service and terrible company. As of the other reviews stated; this is a terrible company. Purchased chrome bed rails for my truck, haven't heard a word for a month. I call and get the run around. So one month and and week later finally got the bed rails... and to be a surprise; the bed rails was the wrong color and size. Now I have to return with a 15% restocking fee. Ridiculous!
I ordered an oil pan gasket online, half an hour later I found the same pan gasket for $20 less through a competitor. I attempted to cancel my order online and the confirmation number was not yet in the system. I called customer service (where I sat on hold for 15 minutes) and asked to cancel my order. The lady stated the order was already being processed and can not be canceled, I stated that I would need to return the item then once received at my house and needed to know how to get a shipping label. Spend thousands of dollars in Parts only to be lost in transit and nobody could tell me where they were at or when they would arrive and when they did they were the wrong parts! When customer service was contacted they were extremely rude and threatened to block me when I talked back to them, Mike the supervisor was very condescending and I had to explain to him how a flexplate worked and that you can't cut the teeth off of them.

The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
