They sent me the wrong part because the listing was for a different part and of course I got the incorrect part. Sending it back and getting a shipping label from them for their mistake has been a nightmare. What a joke company. My advice is never even consider buying from this company!
Jegs sent the wrong parts, then refunded me $30 less than what I paid. They sent part that did not fit the vehicle at all. Kept the shipping charge, then took the shipping cost of the returned item. Then have the nerve to charge a restocking fee.
They advertise free shipping for over $200 yet they broke it down to three different shippings to end up getting charged every time shipping fees. I'm top of that half of the items never been received
JEGS is GREAT! The only people I go to, forget those other guys. They have cool knowledgeable techs, and if they do mess up and send me something that doesn't work the customer service dept is super helpful and willing to make it right. Unlike those other guys who make me jump thru hoops to fix their mistakes! I've been doing business with JEGS for years and will continue to do so.
Bought a transmission from them and I kid you not a day and a half after I got it installed it went out again. Called them and they said to take it out and send it back so I had to pay another $750 to get it taken out all because their product was junk. They did not make it right or help with the second installation charge after their junk part went out after about 100 miles of driving. Never buy from jegs. Terrible customer service terrible parts terrible morals and values. I both figuratively and literally paid for their junk parts. I wouldn't be too worried if it was a couple hundred dollar part and installation charge but it was a 2 thousand dollar part and $750 installation charge that I had to pay twice because of their junk
I placed an order with Jegs on 06/28/2021. I was told my purchase would arrive in 2 days, I have paid for it twice and still have not recieved it as of today 07/22/2021. My advice, get your parts elsewhere.
Ordered a set of headlights on 5/9/2020, jegs said they would arrive on 5/15/2020. It is now 6/5/2020 and I have yet to receive my order, a response to one of my emails or an answer to my phone calls. I spent an hour on hold twice after multiple emails that were not answered. My headlights are damaged and I can't use my truck until the headlights are repaired. Had I known it would take this long I would have ordered through a different supplier. I will never shop at JEGGSSS again because they are garbage.
I order 4 new tires on Jan 3rd and Jegs pays themselves from my Visa the very next day. Who does that? After a month I call them to see where my tires are at and they tell me they've been discontinued. So I ask if anyone was ever going to notify me of this and I want my money back. They put me on hold and the next guy gets on and says "so you're looking for something comparable to the Toyo's?" I say "comparable, according to who, you?" I tell him to put my $600 back on my credit card and he leaves me on hold for 10 minutes till I hang up and have to call back the following morning. What a waste of my time and money. I had to give them 1 star for how fast they paid themselves for absolutely nothing!
I placed an order for a complete rear axle assembly in July, it had a $250 core deposit on it, total cost was $1600+. I sent the core back 8 days after receiving the axle, and have spent the last month and a half trying to get my core deposit back. 6 separate phone calls, 1 to the axel provider, to verify they received the old axle, and 5 to Jegs. Each call has me on hold for an average of 40min. That is over 3 hrs on hold for them to tell me each time that my deposit will be returned within the next few days. Jegs is not a place I will never purchase from again for 2 reasons. (1) they act as middlemen for products that you can purchase straight for the source and (2) they still have not deposited my core return for July, it is now September and I have wasted 3 hrs on hold for them to give me the run around... JEGS is horrible!
Jegs has the worst customer service on the planet. They don't answer there phones or emails. I made a mistake ordering from them and had canceled my order. A month and a half later and I still have not received my refund of $563.78. Stay away from this company. I recommend Speedway motors or Summit Racing
I bought a TREX front grill for a 2021 jeep rubicon unlimited. I received a defective part (the grill did not cover the entire area). Received a partial refund even though their a mistake. Bad service!
I wish I had checked the reviews before using these people! I get it why they get the rating they do. Their people sell you the wrong parts and / or don't know what they are doing and as a company they do not stand behind their mistakes! It will be Summit for me from now on!
I ordered a ring for my car almost a month and a half ago, I never received my part and until now I have received my money, do not buy anything here, they are not responsible, order elsewhere and your parts never arrive
Numerous times I've ordered a product and it usually says ships by—- date which is usually a couple days after the date I ordered. They take money out of my account and next thing I see is the item is back ordered for 3 months. Saying it will ship but after you order and pay you get an email it is back ordered. Bad business practice
Apparently they wanted a wire transfer. I don't know why they have the option to pay with credit card but I guess that was issue. I called customer service to check what was going on and they said that my order was in process. It's been several business days and I have not received anything about my order. Another Customer service rep said my order was deleted because I didn't send the wire transfer…
Ordered 4 wheels and tires. They have moved my order 4 times last move out is now 9/17/2022. I called the service person and she hung up on me. What a joke this outfit is. They should advertise "JEGS JOKES" After reading all their bad press I am cancelling my order ASAP.
I ordered $2000 worth of product and tracked it except when it said fedex delivered it they didn't, I live on a property with a locked gate and they said fedex left it on porch. But no packages anywhere! Anyone want to tell me how the $#*! they got on my front porch when my gate was locked and now they won't return my money nor send me a new one. Ordered a part, next day email saying back ordered, called to re order another one and waited 30 min on hold to speak to someone. 30 min! When I stated I waited 30 min his answer was...OK and dead silence, no apology, nothing. Not a word. You are not the only part supplier. Lost customer
I bought a Hood that Jegs said would fit my truck upon receiving it was for a Chevy not a Ford. Called and they set up a return and i Immediately bought the correct hood. Its been almost 2 months since i returned the Chevy Hood and Jegs said they refunded me but i have no Credits on my account. They are quick to take your money but arent so quick to give it back. Ive called@ 20 times always getting the run around. I just want my 393.99 back y"all have had your product for a few months now. Call me at *******607 order number **************. Ive included a picture of the returned product you said would fit my truck. And i sent the proof of purchase Why is it so hard to return you a product it makes me think that next time ill order parts from another vender. Answer: I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
