I had saved my credit card to my account for future purchases. Obviously, Jane.com has not security in place. I received an email this morning "thank you for your purchase"; someone purchased a $100 gift card for themselves at my expense. I emailed Jane.com first thing and called later this morning to talk to someone - of course, there is no answer and I still have not received an email back from them,
I would be ware - not a secure shopping page - and lacks customer service!
Jane.com is almost ENTIRELY poorly-made Chinese garbage! I purchased a cute pink cardigan, and while it looked exactly like the photo, a giant hole opened up at the right sleeve cuff the moment I put it on at work! It was humiliating because within 30 minutes the entire sleeve tore at the seam all the way down to the elbow! I'm sure a handful of items are OK but most of it is cheap, poorly made, no-name Chinese garbage that you can get much cheaper on Amazon. Thankfully the seller quickly replied and refunded me in full, but never again! I'd rather spend more for better quality merchandise! The shame of it is, I got sucked in and made several purchases over the last few weeks. A pair of boots that I ordered were cute in photos, but in person looked very cheap and were definitely not a true-to-size size 8 as stated :(
Warning! Don't sign up for deal of the day, you'll never get off this merry go round. There is no unsubscribe tab and to make matters worst the company ask for contact but unless it's an order they can't read!
Jane.com's customer service is absolutely horrible. Nothing is ever resolved, they allow their "sellers" to send shoddy products and impose 3+ week shipping times, never informing you what you purchased would be sent from China. Find a reputable site, don't waste your time or money with this company.

All the negative reviews on here make me sad, I absolutely love Jane.com. I've ordered tons of items from the site over the last year, much to my bank account's dismay :) and most everything I have received has been stellar. Actually currently wearing a nice black undershirt and gorgeous green sweater, both of which I found on Jane. I've had a few items miss the mark and I either returned the purchase or don't go back to those sellers again. I am also meticulous in reading reviews on the items I purchase, since I don't love sending things back, and if an item has been reviewed as cheap or the seller isn't great about shipping, I steer clear. Jane is a platform for boutiques all over so there are bound to be good and bad ones in the mix. Seriously though, some of my absolute favorite clothes I found on Jane. Give them a shot, just make sure you read reviews!

As far as the items on Jane there are several cute and affordable things. I've had my share of battles with sellers. But what keeps me from purchasing on Jane more often than not is the individual shipping on every single item. That alone really racks up your total. I've since started shopping on Zulily where I can find similar if not the exact same deals and pay one shipping charge. Not trying to promote them. Just my experience.
I ordered half a size up on a pair of shoes and they were still extremely small. Not really worth the hassle and return shipping to send them back. I tried to give the shoes a three star review and after writing a very thorough and thoughtful paragraph it curiously didn't go through. I also ordered a watch that broke before I could even get it on. My husband was able to fix it but I don't know how long it will last. I wrote a 3 star review for the watch as well, and it has been "PROCESSING" for about an hour after hitting "Submit." So they don't really want reviews on their products.
Surprised to see the bad reviews. I've actually been pretty happy. I didn't give them 5 stars because the clothes do run a little small, so I have just adjusted the size I order. But I only had one issue where I ordered 2 of the same item and one came. They were in constant contact with me until the other item came.
I'm really suprised by all of the bad reviews. My wardrobe over the past year has mostly come from the Jane app on my phone. I've only had two problems ever. One was my fault because I ordered two of the same pair of shoes but the seller quickly remedied it, and the other was just too large. I didn't bother sending it back and my sister took it in for me. I can't believe the deals on there. There was one time that a sweatshirt took about a month to get here but when I looked at the shipping info they had been pretty up front about that from the beginning. I think its totally worth it!

I ordered a Puff Sleeve Mock Neck Hacci Top. It took about 10 days to arrive. The style was cute. The size was way too big and fabric was kind of weird. (I had ordered a size up because customers said that it ran small.)

I am honestly a frequent shopper on the Jane app for the last few years and i have spent several thousand dollars... i will say I've been satisfied with 90% of my purchases. Out of those remaining 10%. 8 out of 10 times the return/refund process was a breeze! Keep in mind Jane provides a platform for all kinds of shops/boutiques/etc to advertise and sell their items. If you had a bad experience with an item, it would be the particular merchant's fault not Jane.com. Jane has recently implemented a feature to contact the merchant directly from the app which they didn't have before and that really made things so much better and easier. Do i recommend Jane? Yes! I also recommend reading reviews first before buying things. This has helped me tremendously in decision making regarding purchasing items.
I've ordered probably 20-25 times from various sellers on Jane.com over the last year. Only once have I had an issue with an order where they sent the wrong color leggings, I contacted the seller and they immediately sent the right color and let me keep the incorrect ones. No hassle, no terrible customer service like a lot of these reviews mentioned.
The shipping time is not always immediate but that is explained on the site when you're browsing. The sellers don't get the order information till the deal ends (so you're already at a few days handling there) then they usually have to make the item since it's a lot of handmade stuff. This isn't Amazon. I shop on Jane to get unique boutique items. I'm not expecting to get them in 2-3 days. 1-3 weeks is fine with me!
The company 2712 Designs received my order to make 2 customized stamps. I paid for 2. When I got it in the mail (a month after I put my order in) there was only one stamp even though the invoice in the box said (2). I emailed 5 times and did not hear back. No website for me to personally call them and finally searched them on Facebook. Turns out there were numerous complaints on fb that they do this to customers often! Getting orders wrong then never returning the customers email or fixing. They stole money from me and I'm at a loss. Jane.com I beg of you DON'T work with this company and take them off your list as a vendor to sell things on your sight.
I get so many daily emails that I delete most of them without opening them... but I usually take a quick flip through Jane's offerings. It's the perfect place to find gifts for people, affordable trendy clothes (that you don't want to spend a fortune on in case they go out of style next year) and fun little trinkets you didn't know you needed.
I'm surprised there are so many bad reviews about such a great site. I stumbled across Jane.com not too long ago. I've purchased several items and returned a few too. No problems at all. The return process could be better since you have to email each seller you're returning to but although some may have taken a while to respond they all have and I've gotten my refunds. I've also received some great items. A lot of their clothing items are the exact same as what is being sold for much more at popular online boutiques. Great site.
After receiving a purchase in the incorrect color they refuse to refund because their website was incorrect. Reached out to customer service multiple times with no answers. If I were you I would not waste a single penny on this website. Taking advantage of peoples hard earned money, You should be ashamed of yourself Jane!
Ordered over $300 of dresses for a wedding. Never received. Created a real problem for the big event. Sent letter of demand registered mail. Simply ignored us. No refund ever given. Honesty and integrity, they have none! May be the worst company I've ever dealt with.
Clothes look nothing like pictures. Super cheap T-shirts when it looked like a cute shirt in picture. Very deceptive. Says returns accepted but when looking into you pay shipping to individual vendor making returns not worth it. Complete waste of money. Do not order here!

Ordered boots that were a great deal. So I thought! Checked sizing chart, said true to size and made in US. Got shoes... They are so small my daughter can wear them. And on bottom said Made in China. Will never order from here again!
