In the past year I had several problems with my computer, and getting the excellent help from iYogi was critical for my performance. To me, the most outstanding tool they have/use, is taking charge of your computer and do their work, while you can do something else, or just look in awe to your computer while they work.
I have always had excellent service from I Yogi. They are extremely helpful and nothing is too much for them. They go out of their way to help you and always solve the problem. I have been a customer of them for six years. I can't recommend them enough and don't know what I would do without them for my computer problems.
I worked at IBM and have forgot more about PCs. Then I remember. But having someone else, this skilled, tune my system is worth what it costs. I have upgraded my operating system through them, and purchased a backup system also. This saved me both time and money.
I had a 100% faith on iyogi and of course their tech. Department and their excellent manors also their knowledge about computers is best in the world for personal like me. Their politeness towards the customers is very good.
After two full hours, I finally was able to get everything straightened out. I wanted a one year contract, but got an incoherent reply telling me that was not possible. Had to speak to three different people. I speak only one language, but I am not in customer service. People were difficult to understand. I now find that a friend had a similar experience. Would love to get out of contract.
Just got a call from *******901 and they tried to talk fast and tell me my computer was going to crash... asked for his name and number and then they hung up... SCAMMERS! Don't let them into your computer!
I have been a customer of IYOGI for about 4 years. They have always been able to get things back on track, but sometimes it takes longer than I would prefer which sometimes results in my waiting too long to ask for their help. Their technicians are always very courteous and for the most part are knowledgable
I purchased a Asus notebook, with built in Windows. Windows was expiring, and I did not have a disk, nor, would Windows allow me to use the key code.
After getting no help from the place of purchase, Microsoft, I was directed to Yogi, and their tech dept. was a enormous help. Yogi found problems, I didn't know I had. The price was reasonable, the help, invaluable.

I have used IYogi a little over 5 years they have fixed my problems many times. All I have to do is click the live help icon or call on the phone. I have not had to take any of my computers to the shop or have anyone to the house since joining. They ave been a very good investment and time savor 24/7.

They have updated my systems, removed viruses, corrected malfunctions, and just about anything you can think of. The technicians are very good at resolving all of my issues. They are well trained. What is fantastic is they do it all via network and it is easy. You don't have to call a computer technician and wait for them to come to your home and charge you a fortune or take it to a repair shop and be without your computer for a week. I signed up with iYogi about a year ago as I was experiencing problems with my desktop computer. The technician solved my issue and I was pleased with the service. I have signed up for one year and I have received regular assistance with general maintenance of my computer. The technicians always do a super job and go the extra mile in solving problems and preventing future issues. I do not know of any other technical service who can do better. IYogi cares about the customer and that goes a long way for me.
I have subscribed to iYogi for a year now, just renewing, and can say it has been a life saver at times. One time I called as I could not get my laptop to cooperate with what I wanted it to do and although it took 4 hours to fix, it saved me days without my computer if I had to take it to a shop to be fixed. The iYogi techs are very thorough and very helpful to say the least. Kudos to all the techs! I use it daily on little things and monthly on bigger problems. Great bargain for the price!
I used this service to install antivirus software on my laptop. Due to a poor internet connection on my end, I spent two hours on the phone with a representative trying to get auto-renewal charge deleted from my account and trying to get the softball installed. After the antivirus software was installed I noticed I had a double charge for services on my credit card. When I called back and explained the double charge, the company said they had to wait 48 hours to conduct an investigation even though it just happened. After the 48 hours, I did receive my refund. I will say while the service can be slow and hard to understand at time, my antivirus software has kept my laptop safe.
I had IYogi for 3-4 years, at first you had to stay on the phone and try to understand them, then they took control of your computer, they did a good job, the, everytime you used the serviced they wanted money for something, then I heard they went out of business, I wanted some money back, they called many times each day. Today, I talked with someone named John Carter? With an Indian accent. Wanted to give me $250 back, when he was putting it into my account, a mistake, put in $3250, then wanted me to go to Walmart to get a moneygram to return it. I told him to just take it back out, couldn't do that. Well I'm not going to send a moneygram, I called the police and my bank. Tomorrow I am changing the account number but leaving his $3000 in the old one. Keeping the $250.00. Little $#*!s, just a bunch of thieves and when it started, they were good and did a good job.
Iyogi has thus far provided only the finest service for home computers that I have ever encountered. It is superior to several computer shops to which I have taken my computer(s) and the individuals I have had the pleasure to deal with have been professional, patient, competent, and extremely polite.

Answer: Oh, please, how many people are you willing to let "piggyback" on your lawsuit? I'm so fed up with scammers/shoddy services from companies. IYogi played a good game in the beginning but now it is in the proverbial toilet.
