iYogi

IYogi is like a friend in deed. Whenever I felt the need to get my laptop fixed, iYogi has always been there for me. It is about today morning only, when my laptop started facing booting issues. Initially, I tried to fix the issue by myself, but was unable to. Thereafter, I thought of approaching iYogi. I called up iYogi on its toll-free number and a technician quickly responded to my call. I explained everything to him. Thereafter, the technician quickly diagnosed the issue happening in my laptop, and guided me through the solution. It was like magic. I fixed my laptop. The tech guy was really amazing. Now, my laptop is working fine. Thanks buddy for your quick support.

Iyogi team send me an email from <*******@gmail.com Thanking me for the purchase of a new technical support plan, when I I told them that I did not purchase anything from them in years, they asked me to go inside my computer in order to refund the money, I almost fell into the trap! But I hang up and check my bank account, nothing happened and I contacted my bank and found them what happened, Yogi still call me today if I wanted my refund, and I hang up my phone, I checked online and I found that Yogi is no longer in service, I'm worried they have my information

Iyogi tried to scam me on the pretense of checking my computer to see if the system was operating correctly. Then the tech started to tell me about my registry being damaged. That escalated to there being 438 viruses on my hard drive. The laundry list of problems went on and on. When I asked the tech what he could do, he told me he only worked on computers and the tech would have to elevate this problem to their security department. Turns out they could help me by installing things and removing stuff - all for the sum of $2,395. I asked for his phone number on the pretense that I wanted to think about it & would call him back. He was not happy and wanted my commitment plus a credit card number to secure the money. I will never call them or do business with them again.

People never use iyogi.com it's a scam, they call you like there is a big emergency with your system. All they want to do is access your computer system and make it looking like they are going to fix your network problems or security network problems? What problems?
They are cause the problems then they tell you it will cost $1500. 00 to allow for protection from hackers there the hackers. I had used them in the past for tech support from Quick books what a joke. They accessed my system and that was it. I can no longer use the computer but if I want to give the now $500.00 dollars they will fix the problem they caused. They have locked me out of my computer system.

IYogi were good for a few years, then not-so-good. Now they're a rip-off. They sold me a different security system which wasn't even installed; I had 859 viruses by the time I had a different team look at the computer. Don't give them any money; you'd be better off throwing it out the window.

I have been an original client of IYogi, and still have a contract that goes into 2018, which they refuse to honor. In the beginning they were good technically, even though they tried assiduously to upsell every time. They have since degenerated into a complete scam and now resort to the tactics of computer scammers. MANY STATES HAVE FILED LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM! Avoid them at all costs. Sad to say they are a disgrace to Indians! If it were possible to give them LESS than 1 star I would!

My Mac was running slow and was rather sluggish; also it took exactly 30 seconds to shut down when I attempted to put it to sleep. I called iyogi for help. I thought the price of their service was steep, but agreed to buy a two year tech support plan. They also took control of my computer so as to be able to fix whatever the problem was. After working on it a while they told me they thought it was fixed and turned control back to me. The problems seem to be fixed. It is much faster and the sleep problem is no longer an issue. So far I am very pleased with their service.

I have had iyogi for several years and they are a very inconsistent outfit at best. The level of service ranges from complete novice to someone who knows how to get around a computer just enough to get the simple things done or create more issues. With that said, they're mostly interested in selling the customer on new tech and warranties at twice the price one would be able to purchase on ones own. The techs and the "account managers" are very, very pushy clearly not wanting to listen to the issues at hand with your computer unless they sell something to you first. My last go around with them they would not get to the service until I purchased items from them and was not able to reactivate my "iYogi docs" (an assist on the computer) to get them to provide assistance in fixing the issues with my computer. The frustration in dealing with them outweighs any positives in having this service.

IYogi had been a great technical support and a great source for advise on things like back up power. They will advise you the correct power you need fpr your system, they say to big can be as bad as to small. They gave me a good price on Windows 8.1 and assisted me in installing it on my two computers. They will help you install any extra or new acessories you get with out problem. They are available 24/7 and usually are able to resolve problem on first call.

Hi, I used iYogi because my virus program was not installing. When I called the number for Mcafee I got iYogi. I paid the $169.00 fee for a year, unlimited problems. They were on my computer 3 times and could not fix the problem. I asked for a refund. They tried to talk me out of it but I wanted a refund. They refunded $110.00 of the $169.00. Charged me $59.00 for the service. I am going to try to get this back. Have any suggestions? Josephine
