Ive been promised multiple times a call back to resolve my issue but never get a call back. One day I stayed home on a Saturday from 2:00-4:00 waiting for a call from the escalation team and never received that call. Just two weeks ago I was promised another call back because your computers was down at the time when I called in, and never receive a call back then either. I tried calling over the weekend just this past weekend and I just then discovered that youre not even open on the weekends. So, I dont know how I was supposed to receive a call on a Saturday if youre closed. I have been on the phone over two hours multiple times in the past trying to resolve my issue with an iYogi specialist and its never gotten resolved. Now my service has expired with no resolution from iYogi. Therefore, Im demanding a refund. I just called customer service for the refund but no one answers the phone. All youre given is the option to go to iYogi.com/feedback and once again promised that someone with get back to me. Yeah right! I dont foresee this happening either. I feel like I have no other choice but to file a lawsuit against a fraudulent company that has costed me more time than I have to spare. Its a good thing I have witnesses.

Oh, please, how many people are you willing to let "piggyback" on your lawsuit? I'm so fed up with scammers/shoddy services from companies. IYogi played a good game in the beginning but now it is in the proverbial toilet.
