So I bought from this company because it looked like they would be shipping from the US but needless to say the clothes come from China… very cheaply made… do not look anything like the pictures. You get a run around for returns. It takes forever before you get the stuff. Basically it was a waste of my money.

Had of looked up reviews which I should have done I would have never purchased any items from you. The clothing I received is poor quality cheaply made and very little out of what I bought I will actually ever wear. So difficult to return that I haven't and just have to be expensive lesson learned.

The website has lovely things where I would buy all of it. The only down side is delivery takes too long and you don't get a confirmation of purchase to know if it's a legit site. I did receive all of my items separately that took a month to arrive.

Firstly this was a present from my 11 year old Grand Daughter to her Mother for her birthday. It only arrived today, it had no instructions, and the cellophane balloon lasted all of 10 minutes, and would not stay inflated, so she has taken it out of the balloon and shredded paper, and we have put it in a vase.
So disappointing as she has spent ages this afternoon getting it ready to give to her Mum when she picks her up, as her Birthday was Monday.

Ordered these shoes on 2/28 and as of 3/24, still have not received them. Cannot track them as it says they are in China. Needed them for a wedding on 4/2 and doesn't look like I will get them. Can't cancel the order as there is no option to do so. Have no idea if the product is good or not because I haven't gotten them.

I received Damaged goods. They refused to refund except for one jumpsuit which they ask me to return & they would pay for shipping if I sent them a copy of the shipping label. They got the jumpsuit back & never paid me back for the shipping that was $13.53. All this after about 100 emails. Please DO NOT order from this company. Their merchandise comes from China, cheap labor by children & poor quality. This company is the same as ChicMe. Please save yourself the money & headache! Order from SHEIN instead - they are reputable & will be satisfied in every way even returns

Huge selection of products to choose from. Guaranteed to be something for everyone. Sometimes, a little too much to choose from and not as easy to 'drill down' and find exactly what you are looking for.
The products look good but are built to a price. It's important to establish the right size otherwise organising a return could be tricky. I'm not quite sure how it works but am about to find out... Delivery takes approx 2-3 weeks as products are shipped from outside of UK.

I had three separate orders from IVRose and all 3 orders that I received included poorly made merchandise/clothing that i cannot wear…I asked for compensation and they will do absolutely nothing about it…I have 4 items that are going in the trash and they don't care…I wouldn't even donate these items to Goodwill…. If you're smart you will not order from these people! In addition, I have requested 3 times to be removed from their email advertising list and that is yet to happen. Bad business

I received a dress, that was too large. I reached out within 2 days of receiving it asking how to refund. They continued to respond asking me to take store credit, or keep the dress and they would return 20%. Back and forth until the 14 days had passed, then told me it was too late to return. Will not be a return shopper.

The item I ordered arrived before the expected delivery date, which was very good considering it is around the Christmas period. Identical as in the picture advertised on their website. I would order from this website again without hesitation.

Site is ok to navigate. I don't know where the items ship from, but it is a lengthy wait. Perhaps approximate shipping time should be posted at the beginning, in case the items are needed for a specific event.
