Worse company ever, bought few items from this app. The poor quality and wants to return my purchases and they said they can only do 10% and have a happy life. Is ridiculous. Never recommend to purchases anything here

Don't buy from this company. It took numerous emails begging for a refund because they kept refusing and offering me deals. In the end the gave me one but charged me for postage. It's really not worth the stress.

My 1st purchase, I bought 2 Masked Santa Claus' ornaments to give as gifts to people that collect ornaments. After 2 wks, I received them, however, they are made of a ceramic type glass. Neither ornament had the ribbon attached to hang, it was separate in the package. And one Santa ornament didn't have a hook to place the ribbon. Poorly made & I'm afraid if the people hang them, the ornaments would just fall & break. Not sure if I would order again

After waiting so long for delivery. 1 month! The quality of the clothes were so cheap. Seams did not line up. White thread was used to sew green clothes. Belts were not lined up and seams twisted. Fabric flimsy. Just all looked like cheap and nasty market clothes. Very poor quality. If I had seen before buying I would not have bought. Look nothing like the photos!

It's all a scam and the clothes you buy is way cheaper and not at all what you think you're buying! They will dispute your disputes and "Cherry" will only apologize and not fix it! These cheap people in China are the worst! Shop somewhere else or expect your money to be stolen from these scam artists!

The mask was very cheaply made. The first time I put it on the ear straps pulled off. $12 and I can't even wear it. The mask was a decent price but shipping is ridiculous. That mask was so light it could have been sent in an envelope instead of a big box. Not happy at all

I was pleasantly surprised that the items pictured were exactly what I received. My only complaint would be that I got four of the same dress in different colors, one of them fit very tight and not at all like the others.

I would recommend and order again. Love it here. Shipping took as much time as expected. Make sure you order well enough in advance of when you want to wear it, i suggest at least a month. It was worth the wait

I bought some clothes from this site for a holiday - wish I had never come across it! The clothes cost £65 in total and didn't fit. There is no feasible way to send them back as the customer service is constantly attempting to persuade you to keep the clothes for a refund of £20! YOU have to pay P&P to send them back to China! The site will do anything possible to dissuade you from getting a full refund or sending the clothes back despite any insistence on your part. Disgusting. Please save your money and don't buy from here.

The returns process is problematic from the UK - even with contact via Whats App, Email and tracked Royal Mail (at a returns cost of £8.50) my returns have not yet been accepted. I've needed to provide further proof and remain waiting for a refund. For this reason I will not be using the site to order from again.

I love this site and have ordered before. I love the choice. I do find it difficult with sizing but I'm hoping I get used to that! I have just placed a very large order so can't wait for my items to arrive! Thank you!

Delivery took a long time as I didn't realize it was coming from China! Dress colour looked way brighter in the picture than what I received. Back end of the dress was really short compared to the front.

Shopping was easy. The item however was very short and not really a good size. I would advise going at lease another couple of sizes up if you need room. The pattern was a print and looks quite cheap. But then again, it was cheap.
