I use ratings on products and size charts to order online. I was disappointed by the sizing issues I had when I had checked measurements. The materials were better quality than expected but sizing is too far off for ordering online. I also needed to contact customer service as I didn't receive tracking numbers or confirmation emails. They were quick to respond but I'm accustomed to receiving a confirmation email and shipping information.

The ordering was easy and straight forward. I wanted some outfits for the heat in Spain and certainly they were suitable for that climate. They can run on the slightly smaller size so maybe look to be generous when ordering size wise. Some garments had better quality material than the others but you get what you pay for and they are great clothes for a summer outfit collection.

One big problem I bought this for my daughter with my card telephone number and email. All the mail regarding this purchase you address to my daughter but it comes to me! I can't answer on her behalf how she likes the product and she lives a long way from me.

Clothes are not fit for purpose, return policy is a scam too - will cost you more than the clothes. The good reviews are are not real. Sitejabber please investigate these. Tell all your friends to avoid. Always check reviews before buying from websites. Have reported to trading standards.

If you don't want to get disappointed and feel cheated then please keep a distance from this Chinese company. It's a company of liars and please doesn't get fooled by their website and nice photos, all are fake. The first shock you will get during shipping (it takes longer than mentioned) and if you are lucky to receive the item then you will find their clothes piece of trash.
Fake Chinese company to scam people around the world. There is no option for less than 1 star otherwise they deserve minus.

They have most pathetic service.If you order from this particular brand, there is no Guarantee you will receive ur clothes and if not received they will lie to you, stating they are looking into the matter and will revert soon, but that won't happen ever.On the contrary if you ask them to refund, they will say from our side we have dispatched the ur stuff. Please don't order anything from here... I am disappointed never had this kind of experience ever.

Please do not order from this company! It is not worth the frustration! I ordered 2 jumpsuits at least 2 months ago now, they came in just under a month and were damaged. I tried to contact customer services via email asking to return and I was ignored multiple times taking to multiple different people. It took a month to get a final response to allow me to return, in which they still haven't confirmed they have received my items and have ignored me multiple times again! I've wasted £70, the customer service is absolutely horrendous and I've still not had a response from my multiple emails. Please don't waste your time!

Easy ordering process and 11 day delivery. When I opened the package I was somewhat disappointed as I thought they were way lighter than what I expected from seeing the pictures. After trying them on I was very surprised how comfy and supportive they were, I've worn them all day in warm temps and even though my feet get sweaty they didn't smell. Nice bonus!

I was disappointed with the material of the jacket I ordered - too flimsy! I inquired about returning this item and didn't get a response for ages. When I eventually did, there was no option to return, only a discount for my next order. I will NOT be placing any future orders with IV Rose.

I was hoping to wear this on vacation. 3 weeks to arrive. I loved the vibrate pattern with teal and orange colors used. Disappointed with material stiffness. Felt too baggy in waist and hips I did gather it to side and looked nicer. Made it look more appealing and less like a maternity dress.

Took far too long to arrive, sent the parcel even though I stated the latest I needed it for they sent just days before so presume it's arrived after I've gone on holiday! Wasted money for items I've had to replace from another supplier

Lack of communication, I would have rather you contact me right away and let me know the stock was out, than keep me waiting for 15 days before you sent my order out, still haven't received the second order, tracking # **************674 got $87.45.

This site is a big MISTAKE! I ordered only one item from IVRose, thank God! XL white harem pants. They were exactly what i wanted and I could not find them on any familiar site. So because they are on Amazon I figured that they were a safe site. WRONG. After 3 weeks I am told that they are out of stock. Which I understand but, they took my money out of the bank the same day that I ordered. Now to get my money back. No I will not send more money to not get another item! I still see the same add for the harem pants on Amazon and Facebook. I have spent hours emailing back and forth with their customer service with poor results. Safe yourself Don't order from them!

I didn't have the courage to order this brand at first, but since I always saw their advertisement on facebook, I hesitated to buy my dress, contacted the customer service to ask about their size problem, the customer service attitude was very friendly, and the reply was timely, but logistics Some problems have caused me to receive it for a long time, but I know that their warehouse is far away from the United States.
