I had an issue with my order. I contacted customer support and they took care of it immediately. Itech has excellent customer service.

I asked the customer service department to check on two previous orders and their statuses. They replied in a timely fashion.

Susan was very quick in her response and very courteous. She let me know when the package shipped and with a link to track the package.

I wrote in wondering where my order was since there was a delay in delivery. It was resolved quickly! Thank you for the excellent service!

Great items and customer service! They stand behind the items they sell. Fortunately I was in no rush so any delay was of no consequence!

Do not buy from this company. I paid $250 for a refurbished IPhone 6, waited forever on shipping, and when it finally arrived it was a beat up IPhone 5, in horrible conditioned. Have now waited a day for customer support, who seem in no hurry to correct this problem.

I ordered an item on that shipped on Jan 5,2018 from New Jersey. I did not receive the item until Jan 25. Almost 3 weeks to ship from New Jersey to New Orleans. If I had known that it would take that long to arrive I never would have placed my order. It would have been faster to ship it via Pony Express or on the back of a mule.

I had to cancel an order. I have sent an email to cancel and they processed immediately. Good customer service. Positive experience. I will order next time in itechdeals.

Website interface can be improved...

Susan at ITechDeals was a great help to me in returning the laptop I purchased for my son. The process did take some time but she stayed in touch with me which was reassuring. The beats I purchased at the same time are working perfectly. I am very happy with that purchase and the savings I got by purchasing through ITechDeals. Thank you.

I ordered Iphone cables. Price was excellent and my order was not received by me and I wrote to Itech custimer sevice and they happily refund money. I like this time of company and excellent customer service and i recommand everybody this site to order.

Im happy with what I ended up with, but it took almost 3 weeks to get it done. Customer service was good, when I got a response. IRechDeals needs to improve their customer service availability.

The site went down when I hit submit for my order. I paid through PayPal, and they showed the payment was sent. I sent an inquiry to iTech to verify if they received the order. By the next morning, I received confirmation from Susan in Customer Service that, not only was the order received, but she also provided my tracking number. Great customer service!

For whatever reason, my tracking information for my package wasnt updating properly. I contacted the customer service team and they immediately helped me with my issue and gave me all the necessary tracking information.
