I got a link to review one of the products I bought from them. I gave it a bad review because the product was broken and they refused to replace it. They refused to post the product review even though I am a verified purchaser. So dont trust their product reviews. Stay away from this site.
The product that was shipped to me was stolen from my mailbox during the holidays. Susan took care of the issue promptly and efficiently. I am very appreciative for the quick response with emails and correction of the problem.

Purchased Studio 2 Beats from this website as part of their Black Friday deals and turns out they are counterfeit. They broke in less than two days and we had to take them to the Apple store (they own Beats now) and they confirmed they were counterfeit. Apple stated the company continuously used the same serial number over and over again.
Do not buy from this site. They either are corrupt themselves or do not vet their sellers.

I recently bought an Apple Macbook Pro from Itech. It did not work and I think it was stolen from the Oxford School System. Do not do business with criminals! Happy Holidays!
Shipping of my item was very slow. I thought it got lost and contacted customer service, asking for the item to be resent. Wouldn't you know. The item arrived the following day. I cancelled the new request. If I had been able to track my item none of that would have been necessary. Customer service told me that in order to track an item, you must login to your account. I had checked out as a guest. Oh well, in the end I got my item, and for that I am happy.
There was an issue with the shipping company. Susan was quick to respond, and she kept tabs on the situation until it was resolved. I definitely plan to order from iTechDeals again!
Bought a few items from itechdeals. Prices are great. Shipping is always slow and I had to ask for tracking information once. Only one item came in original packaging. One order made up of two items arrived but both items were defective. I was able to work with customer service to return them and get refund.
