We purchased a pair of Beats by Dre Powerbeats 3 Bluetooth wireless headphones for our 12 year old for Christmas on Dec 11,2017. As of early Feb 2018 the headphones will no longer hold a charge. The red light goes on while plugged into the USB charger, but there is no response as soon as they are disconnected. Yesterday I took them to the Apple Store and was told they were counterfeit product. There were two main ways they could tell: first, the serial number on the strap (between the ear pieces) had been used, or attempted to be used, 100s of times. Further, when trying to use the "YourBeats" Updater tool, they were not recognized by the utility. These are both BRIGHT RED FLAGS for Apple!

I will be reporting this to any and all online sellers that deal with this company, the BBB, and the FBI counterfeit agency. My recommendation would be to avoid purchasing anything from this company as the "discount" prices they offer are due to selling counterfeit goods.
I was really upset when I placed an order and there was no indication of shipping because I couldnt find it anywhere on the website so I contacted customer service and vented my fustration and cancel my order and Susan did the most professional thing of letting me know how everything works. As long as you keep Susan around you will keep getting my business.
I have ordered from iTechDeals in the past, always problem free, until now. I forgot an important step in the order process resulting in me paying more than planned. I didnt realize this until the next day, I sent an email to customer service on Sunday morning and 18 minuets later I received two emails, one from Jessica and one from PayPal. I was quite upset about an order I received. ITech worked with me until I was satisfied. I will definitely shop there again. Their prices are really good, but great customer service goes an even longer way with me.
Some online companies have it so you cannot make contact with anyone to resolve a problem. If you have a problem here and send them an email not only do they answer, they resolve the issue. I had ordered an item that never arrived, and they sent me another. For this they get all my love.
I mistyped the address and did not realize it until it was "in shipping". The gang got it taken care of in time and eveything arrived as ordered. Nice job.

The wireless phone charger I purchased did not work, but one email and customer service rep offered to refund. Refund was quick and easy.
Had a little hiccup with the shipping, first shipping didn't have tracking info and never got my order. Emailed their customer support and they shipped again with tracking number this time, but unfortunately it was delivered to my neighbor's house (not iTechDeal's fault, postal service fault). ITechDeals support checked in to see if I got my order and after my neighbor stopped by to drop off my order, all was great! Again, Great customer service.

Answer: I ordered a Refurbished Macbook Pro from these guys, I understand refurbished it would come with a few scratches etc. But what I got was a dented seriously scratched up and bent up Macbook Pro. It did not turn on so I did not even bother to charge it, when I contacted them and sent photos to get a return label and refund, they said the would have to speak to a supervisor. I opened a case with PayPal so they can help. I already know they're gonna delay. They do not send you advertised item and they are not wit to help you when you realize what kind of store they are. STAY AWAY BUY ELSEWHERE.
