I recently ordered "Beats urBeats In-Ear Headphones" but somehow sound & clarity not even half of the other headsets. Tried with multiple devices but It is same issue.
I contacted Customer Service, one of the CS representative "Jessica" she helped in smooth processing and enabled to return the defective item. She sent prepaid shipping label. Greatly Appreciated "Jessica"!
I purchased a computer, but I soon realized that I needed to return it. In its place I purchased another computer for iTechDeals. Throughout the process I worked with Susan and she helped to make the customer service process enjoyable.
Product was as described but warranty is questionable. I had an issue with the product (my fault) and although my service with the company rep. Was consistent, dealing with the warranty took 3 months.
I recently ordered what they call a tech box, it has various tech gadgets in it. The price was only $19.99 so I said what the heck. I had a question about the order so I sent an email. The rep who's name is Susan responded in a very timely manner and answered my question on the first try. I will definately make more purchases from Itechdeals.com!
Even though I had a problem with a product, the service to resolve my issue was outstanding! Easy to reach them, quick response and quick resolution to a full refund. They understand in today's world, customer service is key! I would not hesitate to order from them again :)
We purchased a pair of Beats by Dre Powerbeats 3 Bluetooth wireless headphones for our 12 year old for Christmas on Dec 11,2017. As of early Feb 2018 the headphones will no longer hold a charge. The red light goes on while plugged into the USB charger, but there is no response as soon as they are disconnected. Yesterday I took them to the Apple Store and was told they were counterfeit product. There were two main ways they could tell: first, the serial number on the strap (between the ear pieces) had been used, or attempted to be used, 100s of times. Further, when trying to use the "YourBeats" Updater tool, they were not recognized by the utility. These are both BRIGHT RED FLAGS for Apple!

I will be reporting this to any and all online sellers that deal with this company, the BBB, and the FBI counterfeit agency. My recommendation would be to avoid purchasing anything from this company as the "discount" prices they offer are due to selling counterfeit goods.
I was really upset when I placed an order and there was no indication of shipping because I couldnt find it anywhere on the website so I contacted customer service and vented my fustration and cancel my order and Susan did the most professional thing of letting me know how everything works. As long as you keep Susan around you will keep getting my business.
I have ordered from iTechDeals in the past, always problem free, until now. I forgot an important step in the order process resulting in me paying more than planned. I didnt realize this until the next day, I sent an email to customer service on Sunday morning and 18 minuets later I received two emails, one from Jessica and one from PayPal. Jessica jumped through hoops to fix my screw up. THANK YOU JESSICA FOR THE STELLAR SERVICE!
I was quite upset about an order I received. ITech worked with me until I was satisfied. I will definitely shop there again. Their prices are really good, but great customer service goes an even longer way with me.
Some online companies have it so you cannot make contact with anyone to resolve a problem. If you have a problem here and send them an email not only do they answer, they resolve the issue. I had ordered an item that never arrived, and they sent me another. For this they get all my love.
I mistyped the address and did not realize it until it was "in shipping". The gang got it taken care of in time and eveything arrived as ordered. Nice job.
Had trouble with not receiving text with shipping info. Quick text to service department and they replied quickly. Very nice correspondence.
When I was sent a request to review a product, I replied that I had not yet received my order. Immediate action from iTech ensued. They were very helpful.
Very good products and excellent customer support. It took a long time to get the cables I ordered, but through the help of their excellent customer support I finally got them and am very pleased with the quality
I was not terribly happy with my purchase from ITech, but I will say that their customer service is stellar. Jessica was able to help me through a difficult situation and I never had to resort to social media, just had to keep plugging away until we worked out a solution. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
The wireless phone charger I purchased did not work, but one email and customer service rep offered to refund. Refund was quick and easy.
Had a little hiccup with the shipping, first shipping didn't have tracking info and never got my order. Emailed their customer support and they shipped again with tracking number this time, but unfortunately it was delivered to my neighbor's house (not iTechDeal's fault, postal service fault). ITechDeals support checked in to see if I got my order and after my neighbor stopped by to drop off my order, all was great! Again, Great customer service.
