If something looks too good to be true - it usually is - at least in this case: We ordered a refurbished Samsung Chromebook in October for our 5 year olds birthday in December. Last week we decided to power it up so that it would be ready to use when we gave it to him - only to find that the power cord did not fit! So we contacted them - only to be asked why we had not opened the box prior to this date. We explained to them why - & they told us that because we are past the 30 day warranty - there is nothing they can do about it! PLUS we bought a 2 year warranty! DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BOGUS COMPANY! In contrast - anticipating as such - we ordered a replacement cord from another company which also did not fit - but instead of acting like iTechDeals - this other company immediately refunded my money without my even asking them to - because they did not have another cord option for me. Unfortunately - I already paid the credit card that I made the chromebook purchase with - so it will be a bit more difficult than if I had not already paid it - but I will still work toward getting my money back!

I have sent in a few emails stating that the product I purchased was not working and asked how do I return for refund or at least get some help troubleshooting. I never heard back from them until 6 months later and they said sorry your out of the 30 day return window. Customer service is horrible.
Buyer beware.

BEWARE

My iPad quit working after 5 weeks. They regret to inform me that I'm out of luck. See screenshot of their response.

So buy the warranty if you are going to still buy something but now it's not such a good price

Purchased beats solo headphones as a gift and when they took to apple for repair apple informed them that the serial number had been used thousands of times and item was not authentic. What a waste of almost 200.00 dollars

I recently ordered an IPod Touch from ITech Deals but the following morning I realized that it didn't have enough storage for my needs. I sent an email to ITech explaining my mistake and, within 24 hours, I had a response informing me that they had cancelled the order and refunded the purchase price. Can't ask for better service

False Advertising

I purchased what i thought was a NEW MacPro laptop. Tracking information was not available until one week after shipment. When it finally arrived the outer case was scratched and dented. I returned it. Then they claim it was refurbished (inference: I should have expected some issues) - buyer beware!
I would never have purchased a refurbished laptop. Clearly an issue of false advertising.

Ordered iPad 2 and received one with a dent in it. They told me that because it was "non-defective," I had to pay for shipping and they would deduct a $6 restocking fee from my refund.

Nothing in the description listed it as refurbished or used condition. VERY sketchy!

Strong Magnetic Pull

I purchased an Apple TV from iTech deals. I was so exicted, received the package (over 14 days from when I placed the order), and the system kept turning off. I tried it on other televisions and had the same results. I emailed iTech deals, they replied 2 days later and 2 days after that sent me a label to return the item. I tracked the return and they didn't send the refund back for close to 30 days! I ended up working with my credit card company to receive my refund. I don't care what the deals are, I'd rather work with a company that responds quickly when there is a broken item I purchased and refunds me my item when they receive the return, not 3 weeks after they receive the return.

My items arrived damaged courtesy of the post office. It appeared as though the small packaging had gotten trapped in their equipment. Once I contacted customer service explained my problem, and sent a quick picture of the items they offered me a refund or replacement. Susan in customer was great and timely. It was my first order with them and I'll definitely shop again! Thanks for a great experience.

Bargain if it works

I have bought quite a few items, if you can get something that has no problems then it's usually a bargain. However after the 3rd problem item I stopped shopping with them, non existent customer service or warranty.

Too soon

Since the items it was to cover was not used due to returning the item I did not use the warranty. If it works as well as the service from the CRS then should be a great experience.

I am completely and utterly frustrated with these people. I ordered the surprise box of tech on 08/05/18, after several communications with customer service i eventually received my package on 08/22/18 ( i was being told my package had been shipped when obviously it had not). By this time i had communicated to customer service that i no longer wanted the package. I was told that i should either refuse or take the item back to the post office to have it returned and a refund would be processed for me, i took the package back to the post office on the day i received and asked that it be returned. It has now been eleven (11) days since i did so and im being told every single time by customer rep that the package has not been back in their warehouse, now quite frankly, i do not trust what these people are telling me because of the lies i have been told in the past, so i am still left without the product and without my money. I will never be able to bring myself to purchase from this website in the future.

Defective charger

I was very pleased with the time frame from the initial order to delivery. The product arrived, in a protective package but did not work. My experience Service was extraordinary and exemplary in resolving a customers complaint.
I was informed that my account would be credited for the defective merchandise.
