Their support was super responsive and even followed up after knowing that my item was received. Their shipping notification info needs a bit of work, but support made up for it.

This was my first time ordering from itech,, although i was a little concerned bout why some things did not happen the way i thought, but finally i received my Mystery Box and i am very pleased and i got stuff i could a use and some things i dont know how to use but i will have fun finding out how to use, the support staff was great cause i had questions, thx alot you guys are great cant wait to order another mystery box, this could be my way of learning how to use new technology.
The iPhone 7 is in near perfect condition with no faults. When I received a phone the first time that was unavailable to be unlocked, the customer service was exceptional. An RMA was issued and I had a new (working) phone replacement within a week.
I've been going to this site for years when o see a "deal" or a website from Amazon, Home Depot Or another product or brand! I've found though iTechDeals a box of 26x1x16 furnace filters per se and a great price. Or a Dyson vacuum cleaner or pack of 12 filters for my specialty lawnmower. If you are up for emails you get maybe one a day that's it. I highly recommend this site
All i can say i got the best service, Susan kept me inform about what was going on, i could not ask for better service, she did a wonderful Job Well done.
The only thing interesting in our surprise/mystery tech box of crap was an Apple phone recharging gizmo -- and we don't have Apple phones.
The other items were just sub-par things no one else could sell. Like Overstock.com-meets-Walmart for the technically-challenged. A children's stylus, a tacky credit card holder that adheres to your cell phone. Some complicated puck-lights that were likely discontinued.
We won't do that again from this company. And we were actually curious and excited about what might arrive.
Was sent a macbook w corrupted hard drive... notified company and w/i 4 hrs someone got in touch and after running through some troubleshooting they got me an RA# immediately and gave me the option of full refund or exchange. Will use itech again for discounted electronics!
I ordered a laptop delivery with some accessories, and overall I am very satisfied. Pretty nice service and fast delivery. This is not the first time I have ordered delivery from them, and everything is always good.
I have purchased several times from this site and never had a problem because you get what you pay for and when the purchase was, for example, a headphone jack or ear gels the quality was not great but they were adequate for the price paid. My most recent purchase however was sky buds earphones and the right side does not work. After going back and forth with emails to a CSR I was given a refund. The fact that the earbuds are defective is a great disappointment because they appeared to be brand new sealed in the box and now I will think twice before buying again from the site because I don't buy stuff to send back and go through the hassle of trying to explain why. Regardless of price the idea is to save time and this purchase just wasted mine.
You guys need to check what it is that you are selling to us because it seems like most of them are just copies of the real thing. I was dissapointed with what I got. Packaging was not bad but needs an improvement. You guys can do better. You need to value your customers more.
It seems like this store has quite a lot of problesm when it comes to delivery. If you have nowhere else to go then you can pick this store but it is highly not recomended. The delivery is more likely carried out in secret You cannot be sure when what you have ordered will arrive. That is just not what I was expecting whn I made my order.
I ordered a laptop when I arrived there was problem I contacted the Customer Service for Itech Deals and they were great they hooked me up with a return label so I could mail it back no charge for me. Then they mailed me a new laptop which by the way works great.
I ordered a Dell Windows tablet. It looked brand-new. But would not come on. They did issue me a return label and a refund.

DO NOT purchase CV19 masks from this source. I received a package of ten "masks"- the package containing these poor quality masks were open on my receipt of the order, the items were perforated with multiple holes and the "KN95" mask designator had been cut through the fabric with no CE designation. The product looked to be the result of sloppy 3D work.
This was a straight-up ripoff during a time of infectious disease pandemic- absolutely unconscionable.

I ordered Powerbeats 2 headphones roughly three years ago (June 19,2017). While I got almost 3 years of use out of them (granted I only used them sparingly), the charging port on the headphone broke. When I sent it to a company (not iTechDeals.com) for service, I was informed that the product was a knockoff! It was a counterfeit of real Powerbeats 2 and thus they could not repair them! I am PISSED that I was sold a fake product and wasted money.
