I recently ordered an in-stock item from this site which they later canceled the order. When they refunded me they didn't refund me the entire amount. This garbage site is unreliable, untrustworthy and will rip you off.

Do not order from them!

I ordered a facial mask and they sent me something cheap and totally different. They keep giving me the run around and show no interest in helping me get my money back. Total scam. Best to avoid.

Received ball grinder, next purchased a grinder attached the ball and turned it on.To my surprise the ball vibrated out of control. I compare the vibration to a drill bit when tighten out of sync. Next took it to a welder whom attached it to his new grinder which he experienced the same result. He felt the ball was poorly made thus out of balance. To say the least I will not order anything else from this company.

I ordered a invitation party video and never got ir. Just wasted my time and money now I don't have the invitations for the party

By mistake, I ordered 2 mugs. I asked to cancel to cancel the second and they cancelled the first which was the wrong mug. $25 mug. Customer service would not exchange it or allow a return. They were rude, argumentative and unhelpful.

Purchase and delivery went fine. However, they do not tell you the seller's location and make it appear as if the seller is in your home country. Only after the item tracking came up did I find out I was buying from someone in Russia. Unless you've been living under a very large rock, for obvious reasons, Russia is not somewhere I would like to do business with. Contacting customer support, they just kind of shrug their shoulders and say "oh well, your item is on the way", try contacting the seller. Will not use the site again.

It took over two weeks to Mail a simple charger. I kept emailing asking why there hasn't been a tracking number and got no response. I'm very frustrated! Should've order from Amazon.

I wrote them the first appeal on the 11th - a fraudster from Russia is working on their site. They cheats dozens of people. I provided all the evidence and said that if anything else is needed - write to me and I will supplement the information that I have - BUT they do not respond, I write to the chat every day - but they do not respond to anything by mail

This bs company likes to play games they give a hard time to refund your money you email someone and they say contact seller so you message the seller from the application and they tell you email customer support I highly recommend DONT EVER TRY TO ORDER FROM THEM

I suspect this site was founded with fraud in mind. They will not refund faulty products if you have opened a package. Don't ask me how you can know the product is ok unless you open it. If you are unlucky you can only throw the junk away and forget about your money.
For some reason unknown to me, this company will not indicate your email address and phone to local carrier. You can imagine the trouble.
Anybody needs a nice small wireles camera? It's just that it does not function.

Christmas is coming. This company will jerk you around. I ordered a medium. They sent a medium. It didn't fit. I wanted to exchange the item…the company wouldn't allow return because they say the sent the correct size. It still doesn't fit…but they feel they've done their part. Horrible service. Purchase from another company

They do not accept returns.

Better off with Amazon who stand by their customers.

I bought foot massage mat from Inspire Uplift. The mat I got did not work - did not produce any electrical impulses. Contacted customer service for return/refund, they asked to send video. Obviously it is not possible to show on video the absence of impulses. And then they refused to refund. Found a lot of reviews on internet that this product does not work. Highly discourage you from buying this mat. They sell you broken items and refuse to return you money. Even more, they block any negative reviews on their web site.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere just in case you want to return the item. I wasn't pleased with the item, I believed it didn't work well. I asked how to return and after countless emails with only one answered a day and then telling me they need a video of it not working properly so I made one. Then was informed that management said it works like it should and to use the diagram they emailed. The product was a self centering drill bit that wobbled uncontrollably in drill and definitely didn't find the center of a hole. My video included a drill bit I bought from another company that works really well and is also made in the USA. Today I was informed again that it works fine and they can't except returns once they've been open(it came in a ziplock bag) and before someone from inspire/uplift replies to this saying to contact them through website, I've done that enough with Charlotte and have had enough of what you call customer service and I'll just use this as a $30 lesson to look elsewhere. So just in case you may want to return something then spend the extra money. Also it took way too long to get here.

I ordered some dining products from the official site of INSPIRE UPLIFT to gift my mother. I must say the quality of the product is brilliant and they delivered on time. Thank you for the service!

On August 8th I ordered a simple product. A week or 2 later they sent me an email confirmation, with a link that goes nowhere. After 7 chats, 6 emails, and one telephone call, I cannot find where my product went or if it was even ordered.
