Last week I visited Saraf Furniture because my friend recommended to me that they have an amazing collection of sofa set and I was purchesed sofa and study table they both are amazing quality.

I have ordered tea table in month of June and expected delivery date was on 16th July. And till now i havent received my product & customer service team are unable tell the exact date of delivery still. And not heard any call back from the team. This is very disappointing.

Saraf Furniture stands out amongst the literal crowd of furniture stores in Delhi. We have been dealing with Sales Manager for years now and he has never once disappointed us. One can either select from the range of various options they have at their store or you can let your imagine run wild because they will build it for you. Our entire house is full of furniture from this store which is a testament to the quality of craftsmanship. The team is always willing to go out of his way to make his customers happy. Great selection of luxury furniture that we otherwise could not find anywhere else in NCR. Excellent customer service. I really like the mixture of modern and minimal furniture which I'm looking for my office with a better quality. I had till date was quite satisfying. Delivery guys were good at their services, product quality was good. Prices looks on higher side but comparatively ok. Overall Worth it products.

Nice store to shop latest fashion furniture. I had got my dining set custom made. Since I wasn't entirely satisfied with the finish, they agreed to redo the whole set and I am 100% happy with the final outcome. The sales executive was highly informative and extremely courteous, which is a rarity these days. Also impressed with the proactive follow up from their side to keep me updated with the work in progress and estimated time of delivery. They were also very receptive to feedback. The collection is awesome here but expensive. Furniture bought from Saraf Furniture is so durable that you may get bored but the furniture will always look new. We have not only received the best but also genuine advice. We are so satisfied that this is our one and only place to buy furniture!

Fabulous I Really glad to express my euphoria and satisfaction buying my furniture from Saraf Furniture, When I visited the showroom, I was received very warmly. The staff member was very polite and showed us the furniture after listening to our requirements and items available. I bought a chester which fits my space perfectly. It's nice to have lots of small drawers to sort out small items for clothing. Sataff behavior is very good helpful

It's worst on-line company, whose only aim is to cheat the customers. Ordered bookshelf more than 3 month ago (order no 1NSF*******), but yet not supplied & every time giving new excuses. Like me, hundred of customers are facing similar problems & every time giving the same excuses to all. No senior officials available on their helpline number. A Facebook group has also been formed by the customers cheated by the Company. We are contemplating to take legal action against the company.Kindly also guide the necessary action to be taken at our end.

Promised delivery date was 25th November
Diwali happened
New Year happened
Now holi will come
No sign of order, no delivery dates confirmed, not refunding the money. 3rd grade customer service and utterly dishonest people. I am initiating legal action for refund.

The company is a complete fraud. Ordered a side table in Feb and still not arrived. Their strategy is to tire you with different dates and standard responses till you give up. They are always responsive with their mails but will keep giving you standard one liners or dates with no further details. " item is in final stage of inspection " etc etc Do t waste time and money

Saraf furniture is the best brand when it comes to wooden Furniture online. The quality of product is extra ordinary. They even commit life time warranty from termite in all their furniture. I am in love with my new chair. It looks amazing.
