There is no customer service. It just a number given as contact. It's useless to call that number

Customer service is pathetic and same set of persons receive the calls everytime. Calls are kept on hold for hours and sometimes automatically disconnected.
Customer executives shamelessly tell updated delivery time which is never true.

Their customer care number doesn't connect that easily.
Even when you send emails the response doesn't come. After waiting for 4 days and several calls you would receive email reply

They will never give any solution, only say- will let you know after discussing with our team. Unprofessional and thieves...
