Excellent quality products and fantastic staff. We roamed around entire market and visited almost every furniture store but finally zeroed in at Saraf Furniture. We purchased an American style imported sofa set and got delivered/installed within 3 days of invoicing (including Sunday). We were assisted by Store Manager at the store and we are really grateful for all her support and help in finalising the product. She's wonderful and extremely supportive & customer focused. Right from selecting the right product to getting the installation done, she was amazingly helpful. Kudos to her!

For me personally, being connected with Insaraf hits home. It has been a little over a year since I made my first purchase with them. What surprised me most when I saw their collections, was that they captured the sense of belonging beautifully in all their furniture pieces. Their furniture illustrated exceptional craftsmanship and I believe a furniture piece with a story of its own can turn any house into a museum. They are quite reputed as they stand tall with maintaining the trust of their customers from four long decades.

Everyone likes to have some items of furniture and accessories at their home. There are several stores that provide furniture but it is very hard to choose the best one. If you are confused and searching for a good store then saraf furniture store can be your excellent option.

I received a chair with several cracks. Even after repeated follow ups and email they never came or came to check to repair and replacement. Now the back is broken.

Fabulous I Really glad to express my euphoria and satisfaction buying my furniture from Saraf Furniture, When I visited the showroom, I was received very warmly. The staff member was very polite and showed us the furniture after listening to our requirements and items available. He took great pain in attending to our preference and helped in rightly choosing the Sofa set and Dining Table. Way to go!

We are having the worst customer service experience with Saraf Furniture. When we ordered the bed in March, they promised to deliver it in 5 days and now it is already almost 2.5 months and they keep coming up with some or the other excuse to extend the delivery. And that too they never communicate - we have to do multiple follow ups to get the response. I would never do any another transaction with them.

My order was booked with full advance payment in October 2021. The order had many pieces of furniture. The delivery took place in February 2022 after umpteen calls and heartburn. The owners cannot be connected directly as these delayed deliveries are a norm with the company. They have an inhouse call centre which is trained to constantly lie to customers. Absolutely disorganised company trying to make it big. With this kind of setup, I sure they're going to go down, not up. There are other companies making similar furniture based in Rajasthan, try them, they deliver in time.

Horrible! Never ever buy any product from Saraf furniture. No customer care, nobody gives an exact date when the order will be delivered. Followed up for 150 days, no. Of mails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, tagged Yet to receive only 2 products, had ordered 3 products on the 16 August 2021… order value is almost Rs. 50,000. And this is how they treat a customer! The rot has started from the top, an entire organization not feeling like responding. Very very pathetic company! Big FRAUD e-commerce company.

A fraud and thief company who has no concern for the customers. I ordered bed, bed side table and sideboard from them but they have supplies broken, damaged, cracked panel and poor finished product for which they had taken Rs 1, 03, 000/- in advance. Now they are neither replacing nor responding. Bloody goons of highest order. Pathetic quality stuff are been offered. Begging dor last 45 days to kindly refund the amount but these jokers are not responding. Their quality is worse than dog $#*!.

It's been 8 weeks since i placed an order.was promised delivery in 3 weeks.
The contact no is dysfunctional.

Mails to customer service gets generic responses with no specific commitments

Their products are just ok but service very very poor... pls don't rely online market blindly... as army officers I can give u just advice... they will maximum time only chat with u but with no response in ground esp when ur in type B city like Jabalpur... very poor response... if any stuff get damage during transportation they don't even attend or replace... liar of highest order... pls still u want to suffer most welcome

Very poor quality products and customer service. This is a fraudulent company, they deliver very poor quality product and do not service in spite of follow ups.

My dining set broke and came apart in just 3 months. Spending so much money is not worth.

I am planning to approach customer consumer Court as after multiple follow-ups also they are not resolving my issues.

Never shop from them. Else get ready to lose your money

Saraf Furniture had such a wonderful overall experience. The shop in Delhi had a large collection of excellent furniture. The staff is extremely courteous and supportive, and they treat each person as though they were a family member. Thanks to Saraf furniture, you can find beds, sofa sets, dining tables, office chairs, Multi-units, crockery units, and much more all under one roof. It has been a wonderful journey with the same and ahead too.!

Purchased a very high end sliding wardrobe from Saraf Furniture. It was customized for my requirement. And I am very happy with the quality of work. The Staff was very helpful and guided us well. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives.

After the 6 months of order placed and installed we have seen the crack development as per seen the images. They don't give the free service too. After mailing all the images they said like our technician will visit and the charge should be paid by the customer. Very unsatisfied with the saraf furniture cause it's been only 6 months and the damage shows. Poor product.

My friend told me about them, his words gave me the confidence to choose these guys as I was confused between different companies at that time. So, I visited their site and checked all the products they offer. After that, I decided to place my order over them because they were offering the best prices with the quality stuff.

Such a amazing sofa I received. I ordered this product last month and it's looks amazing. The delivery time is too delay but when I contacted the support team they will help me to resolve my issue.
