Did not arrive as promised. I said I absolutely needed by a date, If I knew there was a chance of not getting it I would have put the date sooner.

Good expierence. Only negative was that I thought my order was coming in on a certain date and it was 1 day later. Besides that everything great.

Disappointed in quality of bag- picture shows it standing up straight with some items in it- photo makes it look sturdier than it really is

The color imprinted on the product was too dark for the blue. We wish we would of chosen white imprint instead so it would of been more visible.

Overall very good experience. Uploaded image was darker on final product though than what the mock up on the site looked like.

It was easy creating my own design but it was a lot of back and forth and the order did take a while from Sept 5 to Oct 15 to receive the order.
