So easy to shop with them. But the product was so small to the displayed product online.
Which was one of the reasons I don't like to shop online.
What you see is not what you get most times

The signs were slightly worn on the edges during shipping. Most of them look fine, but the signs on the ends of the package were worn from friction against the package during shipping.

The quality of the full color signs that I ordered is extremely poor. It exhibits a great deal of noise and is pixelated, which was not present in the original vector file. I created a ticket and submitted pictures of the poor quality, to which customer service told me my signs were fine. I ordered signs from another company to show customer service that the Imprint print quality is terrible in comparison. I submitted the pictures that show a significant difference in the quality of the Imprint signs versus the other company's signs (which were perfect!). After I provided the picture comparison and customer service responded "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Please know that we have forwarded your issue to our respective department and we are looking in to the matter. Please allow us 1-2 business day to get back to you with a response. Thank you for your patience in the matter." This indicated to me that customer service finally understood there is a problem with the print quality. However, several days later customer service contacted me stating "Please know that we have confirmed with our respective department and regret to inform you that we cannot consider the order to be defective. At this stage a 5% refund on the amount paid for the signs is the most we can offer you." A 5% refund is completely unacceptable. I expected the company to reprint the signs at no cost to me or refund the full $105.

Easy to order, quick responses for custom printing, and received order quickly. Printing wasn't quite as sharp as I would have liked, but totally acceptable for the mugs we ordered.

I purchased 100 yard signs with an add-on of 100 metal sign stands (.79 each). The signs arrived, but no metal stands. There was no indication from Imprint that the order wasn't shipped complete. When I contact them, they made me open a support ticket and submit photos of what I had received. Their response was that the metal stands were backordered, with no estimate as to when they'd arrive, and that I can either wait or receive a refund. I had paid almost $100 for shipping and the metal stands weighed much more than the signs. I needed the stands ASAP, so I purchased them from another vendor instead. I asked Imprint to refund the cost of the stands PLUS 50% of the shipping costs. In response they offered to refund only 5%! I refused and said if they did not refund the cost of the stands plus 50% of the shipping costs, I would dispute the charge with my credit card. Miracle of miracles, they suddenly had the metal stands in stock and shipped them out to me. But the problem is I'd already purchased them from another vendor! So now I have to pay shipping costs to return the metal stands. They've offered to refund me $20 as compensation, but it's been over a week and I haven't seen that refund.

It's difficult to see the actual colors of the t-shirts, which makes designing a bit dificult.

We also ordered a youth large and the size seems better suited for a large adult

I specifically requested a rush job so that I could have the product by a specific date. So, to ensure that would happen, I immediately approved the artwork as soon as I received the proof via email. However, two days later I got a phone call saying the job was on hold as they had questions about whether our logo would fit properly and couldn't guarantee it to come out exactly as the proof indicated. I told the customer representative that I still approved the art to go forward regardless if it wasn't exact and asked if they could still guarantee the original delivery date and he said no it would come two dates later, unless I paid more. I told him that when I had approved it within the original time that it said it would arrive by my event date and was upset that it had been held for two days after my approval and then your company wanted to charge me even more for rush delivery. Eventually after having to get managers involved it was resolved and I got the product as originally promised in time for my event but I was not happy about the extra hassle.

Good up until checkout. I had to go back to the beginning product to change the estimated shipping zip code to check out instead of it updating at checkout. Pain in the buttinsky.

I was over billed $23 with no explanation. The customer service "ticket" system does not work. I was shorted 2 signs. I wrote 2 tickets and have gotten no responses.

I placed an order for 200 wristbands, paying for US production and 2 day rush shipping. My order was placed on hold with little communication. A day before I was originally suppose to receive my product, I realized that I had not received shipping confirmation. I contacted the company to find out why. There was a problem with my logo on the product. I was frustrated jay I had not been contacted sooner. The calls that were made in the middle of a work day were automatic and did not leave messages. When I was able to answer the call, there wasn't a voice on the other end.

After speaking to a rep, my order was put on rush and shipped for an additional fee than that I had already paid for. I am disappointed that I still had to pay an extra $17 for a product I paid extra on in the first place.

I received the product a day before my event. The wristbands were perfect and a hit! They glow in the dark wonderfully. The youth size is perfect for little wrists and still are able to comfortably fit an adults wrist.

Great product, underwhelming customer support.

It doesn't make sense that I was supposed to be able to get these Koozies $71/100 according to the price chart but no matter how I entered it, they always came up at twice that amount.
