One of the worst customer service companies I've dealt with. It is rare that I ever leave negative feedback for a company or service, but felt compelled to provide feedback on our experience with Imprint.com.
My client ordered yard signs, to promote an upcoming open house. Paid considerable upgrade charges to ensure order would be here. 3 days after delivery date...it still hasn't shipped. Say on hold for 30 minutes to find that out.
After my client's initial order, I placed a separate order myself for a new storefront banner. Again, paid extra to receive in time. Got a shipping notification the night before it's scheduled to be delivered. Imprint decided to ship it "super saver" so FedEx will deliver next Monday and not this Thursday. Imprint's response..."After the products have been sent out unfortunately we cannot do anything about the former because FedEx is liable for anything that happens after we have shipped the products. If you need any update you can contact them."
DO NOT order from them if you have any time sensitivity.
Your checkout site needs improvement. A single mistake on the form (e.g., typing phone number with or without hyphen) will lock up the form and have to start over again from scratch.
I had great service in ordering the product but we have already had several mask rip from the top seem and they were only used for half a day, if that much.
Customer service was difficult to work with. I called 3 times before I got someone who could help me. There was no shipping notification sent either, which would have been nice.
System worked great, proof is in the final product though. Update after receipt of shirts: product was fine, no issues, shipping was reasonably quick, and I will likely use them again.
Cart kept disappearing as I worked on my custom design- had to do it over 3 times. Had a bit of an issue with shipping, but I think it was the carrier's communication, not imprint so much.
Very impressed the design team questioned my typo! Thankfully I was able to correct my mistake. Other company's would have just sent me the finished product with an obvious error.
Name tags look good and have very strong magnets. One of them has a defect in the printing (part of a letter is missing), so quality control could be better.
All over the website I was put under the influence that the production of shirts would be 7 days and the shipping would be 7 days... needless to say I was a little mad when my order was placed Feb 14th and wasn't here until march 9th. Going to have to think twice about using this site again.
Customer service on delayed services in the past have been an issue. I called customer service and opened tickets. No response like promised. Let's see if this order goes well.
When I had questions, I used the online chat box to help me get my questions answered. They were quick, helpful and delivered on time as expected. Great experience overall

The sign/banner had good, quality printing. There should be an option to upload finished, full-bleed artwork, instead of just placable clipart. Need an option for thicker, outdoor vinyl. Need an option for sewn hems. Need more than four grommets.
Your service is the absolute worst and no one will call me back! I only got offered a support ticket...it's not an IT related issue! I had very simple questions that NO ONE could answer.
Very simple process to design and order my custom yard sale signs. They were also the most economical that I found on the internet by far! I will most definitely use this company again!
A bit of false advertising on turnaround times. They had my artwork for nearly two weeks before starting production (started production about 2.5 days before anticipated delivery).
The telephone agents were extremely helpful. I was very happy with the fans in both quality and beauty. I have received many complements. Will use them again.

The banner was exactly as I designed it. Vinyl material is a good grade and should be durable.
We placed an order on May 2nd to have some graduation congratulations signs made for my daughter and some off her classmates. The graduation was June 11th and we still have not received the signs. We called when they didn't arrive by the date we were told and then the supposedly customer service rep told us we can pay to make it a rush order. We paid the extra $10 and something cent's to try and get it by the following week. Well nothing arrived by the date we were told again. My wife calls and they tell her "we'll I don't know why they would tell you it should arrive any faster". We paid to have it rushed, but it didn't happen. They then tell us if we take the signs without the wire then we can get them before the graduation. (OMG) We were super angry, because parents are calling us for the signs and we don't have them and now to get them faster they offer to send them without the wire! They are supposed to be lawn signs, c'mon! We agree and said we will figure something out. Well guess what? It is now June 24th and we still have not received the signs the graduation was 2 weeks ago and they will not refund our money.
It's not a huge purchase it's only $66 dollars for 18 signs, but they still wont refund us and rather get bad reviews and press. I'm not that type of person, but I also don't like to get taken advantage of.
Becareful and think about it before you order. I see there are some good reviews, but there are a lot of bad reviews as well and the same thing has happed to others.
I will be contacting other people as well to report this. What has me more upset is all the bs.
I don't know why there are stars for quality because I never received the product and can't seem to change it.

Answer: The reviews but not I wish I did more research. They also gave me an estimated time which I need but now they can't tell me why it's way past the estimate time.
