My rating is more a reflection of the purchasing experience, rather than the product. The product was of good quality and the printing looked great. The purchasing process was the worst I have ever experienced, due to unclear and mixed communication. I will not use this vendor again, or recommend them to others. If you have a simple order, and wide flexibility with shipping (an extra 3-4 weeks than what is quoted or shown on the website), you should be fine. My order was placed during the pandemic, and while I understand that impacts business and timing, an advertised 'slight' delay when I placed an order became a 20+ day delay when I checked in about shipping after the proof was accepted. So understand their advertising is subjective. Customer service is very friendly, however seemingly uniformed. Each time I called I received different answers based on who I spoke with. Again, friendly folks, there just needs to be clear communication and transparency from the website/advertising, to ordering, to proofing, to shipping, etc. Hopefully the company is able to make some changes so others do not experience what I did.

I had two different customer service experiences.

The first was wonderful. I had an issue with my design rendering after completing the order and the customer service agent kindly assisted with correcting the design to the correct one very quickly. He was extremely helpful.

The second experience was terrible. I ordered rush production, rush shipping(1day, 1day) services for my shot glass. However after a few days of it not arriving I called the company only for the customer service agent to inform me rush shipping only means they would ship it from the warehouse within 1 day, it would still take 1 week to arrive. This is ridiculous, the wording on the website intentionally implies the product will ARRIVE within a day of being sent out. On top of all of this, the customer service agent had absolutely no clue why this was misleading and was not helpful in any way shape or form. This experience was extremely frustrating because it revealed how little the customer service agent knew too.

The glasses themselves were fairly good quality, of the 150 ordered, only about 5 had any defects(defective printing).

I love the concept that the products are made in the USA with USA workers. Once the balloons were printed and received, the were excellent and exactly what I wanted and expected. I did have a problem getting your team to print my balloons as ordered and they continuously delayed the order from going into production by demanded better and improved art work for nearly a week which was very frustrating. Finally when I said I would cancel the order since they could no longer get it to me on time they said, "Oh, we can waive the art quality issue and go to production with your approval!". So I agreed as I would have done on day 1 if the option was presented. You agree to get them to me by 10/21. Getting the balloons "out of production" from 10/18 to 10/21 and into shipping was a hassle until again I decided to cancel the order, suddenly they were ready to ship overnight on 10/21 and I received them hours before my event on 1022. I'm glad I did, but it tested my patience to get the balloons in Gettysburg on time as agreed to.

Imprint was quick and easy to use. I uploaded my own art work and was done in under 5 minutes.

I paid $50 to have the shirts delivered on June 2nd. I received an email on June 2nd stating that they were just going into production that day. I called customer service three times. The first two times I sat on hold for 25 minutes, each time, and was hung up on. Once I finally spoke to an agent I was told the shirts would be overnighted and I would receive 1/2 of the shipping cost back. I still did not receive the shirts on June 3rd so I called customer service again. Again I sat on hold for 20+ minutes and was hung up on. The 2nd time I was able to get through. The agent had no explanation for why the shirts had not been shipped. I finally received the shirts on June 4th, but still have not received my refund. The quality of products ordered was good, however I would not recommend imprint.com. This was easily the worst customer service I have ever received.
