Very easy to navigate the site and the prices are fair.
I spent $132.00 on wristbands for a family member who passed. The wristbands were poorly made. The names were so faded and the writing was so thin that you couldn't see it. Customer service was no help. They offered a FIVE dollar refund and said the pictures I sent were fine. Never using Imprint again.
I placed my order with a ETA of June 16th. I am now told it will be an additional 2-3 weeks and this is not guaranteed either. No where did it state that if you choose standard shipping, they can delay your order. Called and called to see if I can change my option but I can't. This is pure bull $#*!.
The bit about printing on front and back is very confusing. I had a hard time figuring out how to do it. Then, in the checkout process, it still says "Front Only," when I specifically chose Front and Back. Otherwise, the rest went all right.
PS: When the order was received, one mug was chipped. I hoped to get a replacement mug, but instead, I got a small refund.

I paid extra for rush delivery per sign on the website, as it gives you the options and dates of delivery. 18 Days later my signs still did not show up. I called and asked for a refund on the shipping and the said there is nothing they can do because it is standard. It has taken almost a month to the day to receive them. So they took my extra shipping cost that they provide on there website and dont refund. I will never order another thing from this company!
Imprint is a scam. Don't do anything with Imprint
They don't deliver the product they offer and then they don't return back the money you paid in advance. And when you call to claim they cut off your call.
Be away from Imprint, they rob.
I ordered 22 yard signs for a non-profit. The site had a discount meter - as you met each threshold of spending, you received a larger discount. I spent HOURS creating my order, and the discount meter went up with each addition but it would not apply to our order. After numerous chats and phone calls, I was told that it doesn't apply to the products I was ordering (doesn't say that ANYWHERE on the site).
I was also told that each sign MUST be shipped individually and we MUST pay $15 to ship each sign. I called and chatted again numerous times and was told the same thing.
One week past the expected arrival date, I received the order in one box with a $25 ups shipping label.
Again I contacted them through their ticket system to no avail. They literally robbed us on shipping - $330 to ship one $25 box. You can't get any response through the ticket system. I've requested to speak with a superviser - nothing

Shopping was quick. I hope the delivery is the same especially since I paid for Rush!

My rating is more a reflection of the purchasing experience, rather than the product. The product was of good quality and the printing looked great. The purchasing process was the worst I have ever experienced, due to unclear and mixed communication. I will not use this vendor again, or recommend them to others. If you have a simple order, and wide flexibility with shipping (an extra 3-4 weeks than what is quoted or shown on the website), you should be fine. My order was placed during the pandemic, and while I understand that impacts business and timing, an advertised 'slight' delay when I placed an order became a 20+ day delay when I checked in about shipping after the proof was accepted. So understand their advertising is subjective. Customer service is very friendly, however seemingly uniformed. Each time I called I received different answers based on who I spoke with. Again, friendly folks, there just needs to be clear communication and transparency from the website/advertising, to ordering, to proofing, to shipping, etc. Hopefully the company is able to make some changes so others do not experience what I did.
