It was fun designing my own cozies with Imprints designer. They came out just as the image showed. The delivery was quick. My only suggestion: With an order of 200, I would have expected to receive these in a box, like most deliveries but they were just wrapped in plastic when delivered they arrived with a 3 inch hole/slit on it made I'm sure in transit. All were ok, luckily. These should be boxed before shipping. All in all it was a good experience.
I was pleased with the product and the imprint. 2 were broken during shipment but that's no fault of Imprint. Very pleased customer!
We received the pens and they were ok quality. The original pens that I ordered would have been better I believe. You did get the pens to us on time, so I do appreciate that. There was sticky residue on the pens that we received which doesn't come off very well, but in the time crunch that we were we had to use them. For what we had to pay for these pens you would think they would be clean on arrival.
We had a work event needing our order in a rush manner. Customer care team online and at call center made sure our order delivered on time and everything was printed wonderfully. The Team loves them! Thank you, Imprint, we will definitely be using your service in the future.
I work at a senior living community. We have been getting requests for our residents for months to have our own flags. I reached out to our corporate partner who does all of our printing and after being told they could do this for us, was ghosted. We are a huge account for them and if they didn't care enough to follow up I wasn't going to chase them. That's when I took matters into my own hands. I found imprint, designed the flags, approved the proofs the same day, and within 10 days of placing my order they arrived. They were exactly what we wanted, we were very comfortable with the pricing and we were impressed with the quality. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend!
I was shopping around for shirts that I could get printed with my company logo, but most places were extremely expensive. I found Imprint and the estimate was much lower so I figured I'd give them a try. The shirts came with a quality logo printed both front and back and they arrived on time. I will be using Imprint again.
I went through multiple sources, but Imprint was the one who could actually help us get our buttons in a timely manner. My one issue is that the color of the button didn't exactly match the image I sent. Next time, I will include a HEX code.
This was a totally last minute decision by me and I was very happy with how quickly Imprint was able to complete my custom order. The product and image quality was great and I will definitely use them again.
Tne shot glasses i orderd came out beautiful and they were received in time. A few shot glasses were broken when they arrived but i ordered extra for that reason.
The representative was very diligent in working with me for the picture quality. I received the order on time. It was delivered before the promised time.
I ordered this jacket less than two weeks before Christmas, hoping that it would arrive as promised, just before. The ordering process was easy and there were many choices for customizing. Best of all the jacket came in long sizes, which are quite difficult to find. The order arrived on time and made a great Christmas gift for my son.

I was sent a proof of my order. I approved it. I received a picture of my order with my order details saying it's complete and shipped. It was correct. When item arrived, it was not what was approved or what was listed on my order. Imprint refuses to refund full amount.
When I placed the order, the system clearly stated an estimated delivery date of December 11th (I have a screenshot confirming this). Based on that information, I communicated the same timeline to my client. On December 12th after i reached out, I was then informed that the date shown was only a suggestion and that an additional fee would be required to meet that "expedited" timeline, something that was not mentioned anywhere during the original order process. This placed me in a difficult position and reflected poorly on me with my client. While your pricing is competitive, the lack of clarity and reliability around delivery commitments is concerning. I received the order on Dec. 23rd!
I placed an order on 12/2 and paid for standard shipping as the estimated delivery date was 12/18, plenty of time for the holidays.
When I called to question the status of still "in production" on the day I was supposed to receive my products…. I was told it was only estimated. It could take an additional two weeks.
I was then told for an additional $65 I could guarantee shipping and it would arrive before Christmas.
I took the risk and thankfully the items arrived before Christmas. Unfortunately, each umbrella had a broken cap..
The customer service was always responsive and the packages arrived promptly. Appreciate everyone who is a part of your team to make that happen!
