Many happy reviews I have already written for accuracy, customer service, price, turnaround time, overall communication so it's hard to find another wonderful thing, but, having just received the latest print job, I can now praise the color fidelity in PP's printing. What a satisfied customer I am. By context, I am a lifelong graphic designer and purchaser of print products, many decades of knowing such things.
The best part to me was being able to design your own and create different versions to see which you like best. We ordered our designs and the quality of the product was great! We will be ordering more in the future.
It was exactly what we needed. Ordering was fairly easy once I figured out the design we wanted and we received the products quickly with minimal extra shipping costs. I would definitely recommend PrintPlace.
Have used Print Place for many years and never been disappointed. Their work is excellent, pricing is fair. Shipping prices seem a little excessive at time but...
The worst company to deal with. Never received my order or refund. Customer service is a joke all they say is I'm sorry. Think twice before throwing your money away. Ordered 3 day turn around, been almost a month no order. Any other company would have filled the order and shipped it over night.
Print Place, has been on point with all of our project, and have gone above and beyond when the shipping schedule was tight. Easy to loaded content to and have a template for every project in whatever software you are using.
I was able to design my own bookmark on their site easily and they printed it beautifully and I was very pleased. Plan yo reorder when we run out! Highly recommended!
Customer service is possibly worst I have ever seen. Sent me wrong package on my wedding anniversary, took two weeks to fix it and when I suggested I deserve compensation they suggested that sending me what I already paid for was compensation. Shame on you guys. Have some pride in your company and it's service.
Our small not-for-profit group has been dealing with PrintPlace for years because we always know we can expect a quality job, responsive customer service help on the rare occasion when there is a problem, and good value for the dollar. When you are printing thousands of rack card copies to be distributed to potential tourists over a 200-mile range, you just don't want mistakes.
Been working with PrintPlace for several years. Product quality is consistent. Pricing is competitive. Customer service is prompt, helpful, and friendly. Delivery is prompt and on or before the expected day. Great to have a trusted source for all types of printed material - makes my job easy having Print Place on board :)
Ordered on aug 19th. Today is the 28th and can not get an answer as to why my order is still not in the shipping stage. They say 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 for shipping. I hat a joke. Requested a refund a week ago and told me they can't refund my money. Would never deal with this company ever! Again.

Their website tools are very good. Sometimes I get lost in it but I usually can get back to where I need to be. I have been using them for over 10 years with the best results and customer service when I make a mistake and need it corrected after I have submitted for printing.

Few orders w them and its fast, good price and high quality. Not easy to find the frost cards/ or plastic see through cards and I've been pretty pleased with the designs I've made with y'all. Thank you!
The process to order online was straightforward and I did have a little trouble but online chat helped me through it. The colors were vivid and the quality was great. Delivery was quick too. I would use this company again.

I love when I need something printed. Since I started using Print Place, there has been no more guessing if the company I use will produce a quality product. Everything I have ordered from these guys is top-notch. The last order I made was beautiful but damaged during delivery. Customer service made this an easy process to get a new one sent. I 110% recommend them!
I've been using Print Place since 2008, in the past two years, the business has just deteriorated. I thought it was due to covid but it's just terrible. From the wrong files being used as proof's to them adjusting files incorrectly or assuming changes that weren't necessary. I had always used this company because their customer service was great... This is no more. THEY ARE NOW TERRIBLE! From banners to menus to flyers and business cards and postcards they've screwed up every order over the past few years. From cutting incorrectly to printing the wrong proof to printing on shotty quality of paper and banners. It's such a bummer. I've done my last job with this company.

I ordered 500 double sided bookmarks to gift to students and teachers for Read Across America Day. I designed my bookmark in another software and uploaded it. I ended up needed PrintPlace help to resize my design so it wouldn't get cut off and the designers helped quickly. I approved the proof and received shipment very quickly a week later. Very satisfied!
My print order was made very quickly and was perfect, colors, edges, paper quality, were all just as advertised.
