How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PrintPlace?

Customer service doesn't exist for them. They don't care

Their customer service is non-existent. Emailed 3x. Called twice. They don't respond.

It is easy to get in touch with them but not easy to handle any issues or problems. In my experience they don't always understand what your question is and I spent a lot of time on chat and the phone waiting for them to contact the other department that is based in the US where the customer service is not. Sometimes I was told they would email me because they couldn't speak to the department doing the actual printing or mailing. If you have a simple project, I'm sure this company would be fine but for anything that will require contacting them, I advise against it. Years ago they used to handle their own customer support but they no longer do.
