It is easy to get in touch with them but not easy to handle any issues or problems. In my experience they don't always understand what your question is and I spent a lot of time on chat and the phone waiting for them to contact the other department that is based in the US where the customer service is not. Sometimes I was told they would email me because they couldn't speak to the department doing the actual printing or mailing. If you have a simple project, I'm sure this company would be fine but for anything that will require contacting them, I advise against it. Years ago they used to handle their own customer support but they no longer do.
