It was worth having them available on the the computer and a thumb drive as well. I'm a senior and have years of memories I can now see. I'm so grateful for all of this.

It has been so exciting to get to watch our family's home movies once again! Our four adult children are loving being able to relive part of their childhood! We have wanted to do this for years and we finally got it done! 🙏 Thank you!

I had a little difficulty figuring out how to download everything onto a flash drive, but I finally got it. I'm sure it's just me and my lack of understanding. The service is great and the one time I did call, the person I spoke with was very helpful. I'm giving the flash drives to the kids/grandkids for Christmas!

Seeing my old videos from before I was born until I was kid was so heartwarming! IMemories is an excellent company and I have recommended them to anyone with ears who wi listen! 😂

The only thing is that they didn't organize it by years. That would be much better

The quality of the digital videos exceeded my expectations. I was concerned my home movies from 39 years ago would not come out well but they look great! Also, the turnaround time exceeded expectations as well! I highly recommend this service!

Although we love the final product, we were disappointed & surprised at the sluggishness of the downloading process. Sometimes it would take 24 hours for the requested download to be ready. Perhaps a slow server? Your website is sluggish as well.

My father died earlier this year, and the thought of never hearing his voice again was devastating. My family and I found old home videos and sent them in. Thanks to iMemories, I'll get to listen to my dad's voice whenever I need forever. I'm eternally grateful.

Could not be happier, great quality, brought memories from VHS tapes that we could not view because of no longer having a VHS player back to life, and was able to easily download in a format where they will forever be stored on my computer/hard drive

I received them early and everything like I wanted. The only problem I had was that I noticed a couple of small portions of my home movies were not included. Other than that, I liked it. One other thing I can get by I guess is that the videos are in little clips instead of together like the home movies I sent in were. I used an app to put them together and reupload them but I haven't been able to do it yet because it takes forever!

I've used iMemories for a couple of years now. This summer I found several movie reels at my Moms house and I sent them in to iMemories. The service was great and the reels are only four minutes total to watch without sound but a great way to see my parents in their early years. My Mom has really enjoyed stepping back in time too and watching them. We will continue using iMemories in the future. Thanks!

I am pleased with iMemories digitizing my precious memories. It was a good turn around time and the quality is good. I had a little difficulty in figuring out how to manuever the download and put them on my media. But one of your representatives, Jennifer Byrne, was great and walked me through it perfectly. I do believe that better instructions should be included for non-techies like myself. One complaint is I wish I had heads up the tapes were being returned. We were out-of-town and the package sat in the rain before my son could pick them up. It was packed well so nothing happened to it. But all in all I am very pleased and will do this again. It was a little expensive, but worth it. The coupon helped. Thank you.

This was worth every penny. I had over 70 video tapes converted to digital. The videos consisted mainly of my 4 boys from birth on up to about 10 years old. I hadn't seen many of them in 15 years and it was nice to finally find a company that a few of my friends trusted to convert them. Within about a week of sending them I started receiving some of my converted videos on the imemories app! It's super easy to download and share them with anyone and the quality is great! I highly recommend Imemories!

Imemories is my go to for great service, great prices, quick shipping and turnaround. They're the only one I'll use.

I ordered two tapes to be digitized. Each one was done. My only issue is having to pay to have the tapes returned when I was having them digitized in order to dispose of them. When I reached out to question that, I was given a discount code. I just think that the process could be streamlined for people who don't wish to have their tapes returned.
