I sent ( and paid for) two tapes for digitizing. One couldn't be done because it was copyrighted (it was a tape of my son's first college basketball game that was televized). So, they returned the tape, but I was not given a refund for that one, because of what they "had to do"... I didn't see anything on their website to indicate that tape would not be able to be done, either. I will not recommend this

I was initially nervous to send all of my cherished, irreplaceable videos in the mail but they made it so easy. The delivery process was simple & I really appreciate the communication with imemories on when they received and shipped our videos. The videos are all so nicely sorted and my family and I love that we can just use the app on our tv to watch our memories! The price is a little high, but it's so worth it to have your memories in one place and not vulnerable to damage!
Looking back at all our old movies has brought years of love and joy. What a precious gift you created for our family. Our videos were getting to fragile for us to watch anymore until I memories gave us our memories back.

It has been great, however, I am trying to learn how to better label and sort my memories. Also, when viewing on the tv app, I am noticing that it "times out" and doesn't finish the whole video. How can I correct this?

The box came and I loaded all different types and f media found after I cleaned out the garage. The digitization appeared on their cloud service quickly after I got my quote for the work. The quality was good. I'm happy with the results and got all of my originals returned and VERY well packaged!
In my past orders the final product was a pleasure to receive and view. For some reason 95% of my photos had to turned to be in the proper viewing position. This took me over an hour to correct. Like past orders I was pleased with the quality of the photos but the end product should be ready for viewing.
All went well; however, my original copies of my VHS tapes were delivered to an old address that I have not resided at in over 8 years. I'm not certain how that address was listed on my profile. Fortunately, I was able to rush to the address and grab the box from the porch when I received the email notifying me of my delivery.

IMemories does a terrific job. Tapes -- some 50 yrs old -- were converted to digital and now we can enjoy them via computer, phone, TV etc. My kids now in their 50's get to see themselves as infants, childhood & college and then marriages! Priceless memories!
Working with iMemories was so easy. They sent a pre-labeled box with all the packing materials to send in my home videos. Once they received them, the turnaround time was fairly quick. All my videos were uploaded on an easy to use app. My whole family is able to view them on the app as well. It's amazing. I highly recommend.

The pictures are great, but the videos are very poor quality and difficult to view. There are a couple of seconds from the previous video on the next videos
Excellent customer service, exactly as described. I was very busy after the work was completed and delivered, and they kept asking if everything was all right. It was!
We didn't send out the memories box until over a year after purchasing and there were no issues. My tapes and CDs were processed and available online only days later! I have also received my items back from them. I'd say the whole thing took maybe a month between sending out and getting back. I was so nervous to send my important items but now I would use them again if any old school storage is found!

I sent several 60 yr old 8mm films in to be digitally transferred. The process did not take long at all. Within approximately 4 weeks I received my notice that they were completed. It was easy to download and share with family members. I was very pleased with IMemories.
