I had expected that the photos would be corrected, that old and faded photos would be improved. I had done some research and had read one company's claim that they were the best at restoring our old photos for digitalizing. But when I saw the images of the sixty some photos I sent in to be copied and put into a digital format they were just copies of the same quality. I think I just confused one company with iMemories. So that was my disappointment. The company did a very good job otherwise. When I had one question and contacted the customer service person I was treated very well and she solved my concern (that I had not yet received my photos back) and she expedited the order.

Easy ordering process
Didn't know that the order was ready until I received a shipment notification that the tapes were on their way back (I chose to pick them up in my order)

I'm pleased with the conversion of my tapes to a more modern (digitized format). Make sure when you order you ask for the media to be checked so that if your tapes, etc. are blank you won't be charged for them.
It was so easy to have my VHS tapes converted to digital with imemories. I have been wanting to do this for years and I am so pleased with the service and the final product. I would highly recommend it.
