They do a great job it would be nice if they left the videos up for little longer if you do not do the cloud but they are awesome
Oh my gosh! After 15 years of not knowing what to do with my old camcorder tapes of my kids, I finally sent the in to IMEMORIES. My entire family has been enjoying these memories via your site. We have laughed, cried, we have watched memories we forgot we had! It has been the best. I'm looking for more tapes to send in as I type this. So easy to do. And such a reward. Thank you

I received the online videos and my originals back. But the process online is not user-friendly. Have not been able to view online yet, let alone edit anything. In order to have enough time to do this I'm gonna have to buy more time in the Imemories cloud.
Some of them might be very old that just saving what's retrievable I'm grateful for. I'm a little confused how they were organized. Is there a way to organized them chronologically? Is there a guide on how to edit and organize them better. I'm not tech savvy so I need help. How long is my trial start for the iCloud storage. I wish they'll start counting after all the videos were digitized not when they digitized the first tape. It's expensive but we'll worth it I guess. Thank you!

I loved the copies; I do have one copy of a funeral that is not my video.
I don't know how to return it.
The video is identified as Rods graduation but it's a funeral; assume it must be long to another member.
Updates and follow through were very good. Downloads from the cloud we're easy to do. The high-resolution downloads did take some time because of their size. I have not tried to edit yet but I'm sure it would work fine.

Since their office is in our state, I was tempted to just deliver the original VHS tapes myself so they wouldn't get lost in the mail. But since it is several hours away, I took a chance and ordered their box. The box and packing materials they send are impressive and gave me confidence to send my precious memories. I have now ordered twice from them, with very positive experiences both times. One frustration (hense only 4 stars) is that I thought I could just order the DVDs and copy them for my children. Wrong. The DVDs are not copiable (which I don't understand because I have paid them to make them and the work is mine). However, they do have the option to upload to the cloud (for a fee of course), and the movies can then be downloaded, edited and copied to our hearts content. Overall, even without being able to copy the DVDs, it has been a great experience. I am so grateful to be able to utilize those old movies.

We do have a subscription fee after your free 30 days. This is not required but it does make it easier to share and view your memories from where ever you at.
