When I shipped my videos I was told 2-3 weeks for processing and I had all my 28 videos done before one week was up. And I received all my originals back one week after that. It was so fun to share my videos with my adult children for them to view and reminisce!
I had wondered for years how to access these beloved videos of my son, and let everyone see them. It sounded arguous and complicated - instead it was amazingly easy and relatively fast.

This was one of the best decisions I've made! It was easy and I can share with family. Many people have moved on in these videos. Having converted them, I have a memory to see and hear when I want. Great service!
VERY GOOD EXCEPT I SIGNED UP FOR SECURE CLOUD STORING AND DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT It doesn't appear I can save photos on my desktop Mac unless I do one at a time and there are 100's. I sort of need walk thru instructions on how to save to my own photos already saved.

Very excited to be able to watch my home movies again. High-quality video and audio. I only wish that the wedding video I sent could have been converted. It was the only one out of the nine tapes I sent that was missing.

We received the box, and were able to go on line to see the segments, but have not gone through all the segments and figured out how to down load to CD in some better order. It appears to be done and the quality is as good as the VHS was for its time.

I was so scared to send off all of my original tapes at first. The thought of never seeing them again scared me! The constant updates I received by email surely kept my mind at ease! The great thing was I didn't have to wait to see what I had on them. The minute they received them I started receiving notifications that videos were ready digitally. I was able to watch my memories unfold in front of my eyes. The quality is amazing! I received all my tapes back as soon as they were uploaded.
