I loved how easy the process was. Boxed up films in box provided to me and sent in. Within about 10 days I received notification that my order was received and a quote. The films were digitized and saved to the cloud for me to upload or save elsewhere. I wish I had done this years ago.

The process was easy, I was worried about the wear on the vhs tapes. Now my kids will have the memories to share with their kids.
All went well. Disappointed in two matters. My tapes were broken up in segments, rather than one tape equaled one digital record. Instead all my tapes that had a pause were recorded as separate segment.
Second, the return of my material was in a plain box. Considering how nice the packaging was when I sent in my materials I expected the same in return. Not a cheap box with all materials stuffed together.
I sent in 27 tapes and received back 80 digital records, instead of 27:-(

To see those movies when my children were little had brought me beautiful memories almost forgotten. I am recommending it to all my friends.
Everything went according to the way that the imemories advertising said it would. All of my pictures were digitized except for one, and imemories explained why they could not digitize that one. One video stopped sooner than I thought it should. I questioned them and they researched the situation. All the work was done in a timely matter and I paid for my first year of photo storage.
The entire process was good. My only complaint is with the site itself. It could definitely use an upgrade. Very user unfriendly.
