Really love the ability to edit the videos. Haven't reviewed all but so far it's great

Overall my experience was good.
However I wish there were some user friendly instructions to help how to edit /customize/ organize video and photo files.

I found the service good. I would only have liked that they had acknowledged receiving my original slides.

Had a very good experience with iMemories. Videos that I hadn't realized were on a cartridge were rediscovered. And everything returned safely.

Two of the three were good, one needed more work. I found imemories very good and receptive to work with.

It was a little difficult at first but once I understood the pages it was great. Customer service was great, answered all my questions, quality of VHSs and DVDs are wonderful

Good. I am disappointed with the quality of the videos but I assume that's the quality of what I submitted.

IMemories digitized a whole bunch of my videos. The videos were of my children growing up. My daughters are now 25 and 22. Our family is loving watching these videos together! It's so much fun to see all the great trips we went on and all the holidays with older family members that are no longer with us. We have laughed and cried watching these old videos. I am so happy that I did this! Thank you IMemories!

I am very pleased to have had memories digitize my old family videos and vcr films. Hopefully this will let my family pass on pictures to their families.
It did cost a little more than I had intended to spend.

All is well. Every thing promised was delivered in a timely manner.

Kept me informed all along the way. Answered any questions I had.

WHEN I MADE MY ORDER I WANTED THEM PUT ON A FLASH DRIVE BUT DIDNT SEE OPTION TO CLICK ON
BUT IT SAID U COULD GET THEM ON A FLASH DRIVE. CAN I DO THIS NOW IF SO TELL ME HOW TO ORDER A FLASH DRIVE?

Good experience so far with online viewing. I am currently waiting on the return of my originals. Customers need to know that you all do not enhance or edit film, just digitize what's provided. Some fil was too dark to see. Disappointed I was charged regular price for two films under a minute long.

I am so grateful to IMemories for preserving my memories! The vhs tapes were 30 to 33 years old and I thought I would never be able to watch them again. Thank you so much!

I am pleased with the ease of purchasing a box, putting memories in the box and shipping with included label. I was very caught off guard by being asked to pay a monthy fee (in perpituity) to view these memories. If this was stated up front, it was unclear to me. I thought I would have them digitized and sent to me to download.

Love view old video that we haven't seen in years. I want to convert all my tapes!

We had a great experience with iMemories. The digital conversion was excellent. The downloading from the website was smooths. We had a lot of fun as a family watching the old videos.
