I spent $35 on one little tape with 16 mins of footage to go digital. Now in order for me to view it, I have to buy a subscription or pay a ridiculous amount of money to have a USB shipped to me. The shipping and handling is outrageous. I mailed a little tiny tape in a ginormous box for $15, then still had to pay another $15 for it to get uploaded to your site and I'm 6 days I won't be able to view it without shelling out a ton more money. I should have went with legacy box. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied. I also emailed you about my experience and haven't heard back. I keep trying to choose one star and once I save my review, it changes it to 5 stars.
I thought for sure our old family VHS home movies were lost to time. I thought I would never see images of my two little kids and how they grew older. The iMemories process was easy and fast... totally satisfied. I was able to view, edit and download our old tapes online. They send you a box, complete with postage paid, put in your tapes and drop it off. My tapes were just delivered back to the house yesterday... safe and sound.
The videos were awesome. I viewed them and it was wonderful. Then they told me I had until 4/11 and everything would be gone unless I spent more money. I had no idea this wasn't a one time deal. So disappointed. I'll never use them again for anything. I have no videos now. They're all gone.
The biggest problem I had was trying to find out how to tell them I didn't want any discs of storage plans. I finally sent a not to the tech address and hope to her back soon.
Handled my photo material well and returned it punctually. I was disappointed I couldn't download it to my google account so my kids could help me with it.
Sent my tapes in request not to ship by FedEx. That's the way they ship
Received notice my tapes were being delivered- weeks has past and my tapes are gone. Fed ex has lost them and I've contacted IMemories and filed report. The last email I received was another delivery from FedEx!
This firm did everything they advertised and did it in a timely manner. I had several questions and they were answered to my satisfaction.
They behave as if they have no experience, My order of 4 months ago is still not right. They try hard, but continue to get it wrong. Never again!
I needed help at several points along the way because things (to me) were not intuitive, but I got good help when I called for support. There was an advertised 20 percent discount from the published price, but I did not receive it. Because of their aggressive advertising I was somewhat skeptical of the business, but in the end it worked out fine.
I started the process on Feb 11,2021. I still have not received my Original media back from them and it is now April 17,2021. It was just 1 video Vhs tape. Very dissatisfied with that issue. 17th
I am in possession of an old VHS tape of my older brother's and my graduation! This video was take in 1995 of a backyard BBQ to celebrate my high school graduation and brother's college graduation. This is a truly a time capsule and family treasure! The professionals at iMemories took great care of our Videotape and made sure that I received my original material back in good condition. I ordered three DVDs for my siblings.
All seemed to go well with shipping processing and payments. I appreciate being able to save movies and photos in the cloud for a reasonable price until we can get through them and download them. The kids are enjoying viewing the old movies and photos online.
I ordered dvds of originals over 4 weeks ago. I have not received the dvds nor the originals back. Online memories is nice but that is not what I'm asking for. I want the dvds and orginals back but still have not received them.
Separating the slides we wanted to keep was a little time consuming. Receiving the pictures to download was great! Sharing them with the adult kids as they were when they were little is a gift in itself.
The only choice I could see on the website was to pay each month for iCloud storage or DVD - I don't even own a player anymore. Wish there would have been a flash drive option to keep the videos
The people were very prompt to deal with. The movies turned out great even though they dated back to 1954.

I sent in 13 micro video cassettes, some from nearly 20 years ago, not certain of the content, but knowing they captured important times in our lives. I did not, however, realize how happy it would make all of our family to be able to sit down and watch these gems from our past! Thank you, iMemories, for making that possible!
I could not be happier with how i. Memories was able to collect all my lost videos and DVDs of my beautiful girls. I would highly recommend to anyone! Priced great too!
