Very professionally done; a bit slow in processing, but good experience
I am so happy with my experience with iMemories! My mother passed away in 2012 and I have not heard her voice in years. I saw an add on Facebook about iMemories and figured it was the best way to be able to see my old home movies since I do not own a VCR anymore. I love that I was able to share the videos. Everyone was so happy to see them. IMemories also mailed me back all my movies in a nice compact box all wrapped individually. I plan on sending more movies in. Do not hesitate to do this if you are thinking about it!
I sent in my VHS and 8 mm tapes and paid over $200 then have to pay monthly to view them? I feel this is a rip off! For that price you should have made me DVD's and sent them to me.
I'm very glad I got my old videos digitized. It's really great to be able to share them from the app. I will be sending in some more. Great experience with this service. The only videos I have of my mom. Very special.

I sent in some camcorder videos that I found in a closet. To my surprise it was like a flash back of family gatherings that were usually taken for granted till family members

I started talking about converting my tapes on my computer during COVID. My college son said he would do it. Well I found IMemories and that was my answer! I've sent 10 vhs tapes so far and I am so pleased! I just received them back and I'm ready to send the rest of my tapes in. I cannot wait! Thank you!
All tapes were converted, posted to your web site and were returned. The experience provided confidence that iMemories has a well organized and reliable service.
The process was easy and my order was completed in a reasonable length of time, 10 days or so if I remember correctly. The only problem is getting the digital videos downloaded to my computer; that may be due to operator error.
I found some old miniature video cassettes we were no long able to watch due to lack of/outdated equipment. So, we sent them off to iMemories, along with two VHS tapes (one from 1986 and one from 1996 - both wedding videos for my sister and myself.) iMemories did an amazing job enhancing and converting to digital our special memories. Although the conversions weren't perfect from the VHS to digital, they were definitely better than watching the VHS. I understand they did the best they could with what we sent - and we were pleased. We were able to download each conversion easily from the cloud and onto our computer, discs and our own cloud space with no issues. What a treat it was to see never-before-seen family videos from when my children were babes. Thank you, iMemories!
