I had a fantastic experience with iMemories from start to end! I felt safe sending in my videos once I saw the packing box with detailed instructions. The whole way through, I was able to track my video's progress. It was so excited to get the email that my videos were ready for digital download! I just received my VHS tapes back in the mail, safe and sound. They certainly earned my trust and I would feel good about sending in more memories in the future!

Totally seriously about the unexpected memories retrieved from all the tapes I sent in for digital transfer. I am more than thrilled, excited and filled with joy to see familiar faces I had not seen in years. Some dear friends have passed away and to hear their voices was like going back to a time forgotten in my life.

The quality of the finished product, is greatly inferior to the product that was submitted. Obviously I memories service doesn't have the ability to enhance in the least, the product that they provide, like making sure that the tapes are fully rewound properly, before copying them. Speaking of which, I haven't received my original slides, movies and VCR tapes back yet. While you collected and cashed my payment the moment you received it nearly a month ago. I need my Items back ASAP, so I can look elsewhere and hopefully locate someone who can do superior work than I just experienced.

It is wonderful to see precious memories again from 30 years ago. I am so pleased with the quality of the videos. They have brought laughter, tears, smiles and joy to my family.

Have not viewed yet the DVDs, they are a gift. The digital stuff was well done.
I like the idea but I had a hard time downloading them to my computer, and being computer dumb I didnt know how to continue with all of my stuff. Sending tapes so far away is too much, I would rather have some place in my town do this if there was such a place. Nah, I wont be doing this again.
For many years I had in my mind many of the memories I recorded. But it was great to learn that my tapes contained more than that I was able to remember. A great surprise.
