After I somehow did not get 6 8mm digital downloads, I called the company 6 months later and they agreed to redo them (one time agreement) at no charge to me except for the return shipping. Very good customer service and 5 of the 6 were of very good quality. The 6th one was probably due to videographer inexperience!:-) Excellent customer service!
Pleased (and thank you) with the digital converter from old reels. I had included and paid for (I believe) some video cassettes too - for digital conversion. All were returned to me efficiently. No evidence of the video cassettes being converted, nor explanation as to why they were not.

I sent in 59 digital tapes to be converted. The one thing that I am disappointed in is that the tapes were broken down into multiple segments. I don't really understand why. Now I'm going to have to get software to put them back together again. It's been a real pain watching some segments that are reasonably long and others that are very short. Say 20 seconds.
Also. Uploading the files is very cumbersome and time consuming.

VHS videos were well taken care of and the digital work was well done. I was also kept informed of the steps in the process and the videos were returned safely to me. Very pleased with the whole process!
The videos have very poor resolution. I had thought they might be able to improve them. One video was not able to be copied. The slides turned out well. Paid $100 for not much.
I would have preferred to receive my order in ISB flash drives but the site didn't give me the option to do the hat.
We were moving and I decided it was time to get my videos, etc in order. I sent a whole BOX to iMemories (52 videos). It was priceless to see my videos being uploaded as they were processed. My late husband, my grandparents, my dad... I have no words. The items were securely shipped back, and I was informed every step of the way. One video had sound issues and the tech even took the time and corrected it to the correct speed, letting me hear my grandpap's voice on what was his last birthday.
Too expensive! I couldn't download them to put them on dvds. They wanted to charge me more money just to keep them where I could view them from my device. Not happy at all.
I am so pleased with the results. They weeded out all the junk and had about 5 minute segments. So much better than an hour of boring video. Really great job.
