$14.99 is advertised for converting to a DVD. However, AFTER you pay $4-5? For their box (HUGE box) fill it & ship it, you receive an email stating receipt of your memories & then you get the bill. $14.99 to convert plus $9.99 for EACH DVD. & $16.00 for shipping plus tax. Are you kidding? Over $45 for ONE DVD. No editing done; If it's out of focus, etc., you get it back that way. Most of it was not worth watching. It's bait & Switch. Never again.
Having access to memories that had completely left my mind, is just priceless. Thanks to the IMemories I have yet again seen loved ones that are no longer with us and the joy to see them as I remember them, had me crying tears of joy for days. Thank you so much for the care in labeling my memories as they were in the original tapes and for the ease of online sharing and accessing them.

I was leery about sending 8mm movies because they were my only copies. I have a projector, but the age of the film (over 40-50 yrs) had dried a little and become brittle and it wouldn't feed. It started eating it up! So I figured I would take a chance and see if imemories could get it to work, after all it was no good to me at this point. Surprisingly enough they could! I thought it was expensive considering I sent them 23 films, but they got them all to work. I made dvds from them. A customer service rep called me, I was surprised, and asked if I needed any help with the order, considering I ordered 28 dvds which wasn't right. Thank goodness she explained it to me otherwise I would have had 28 dvds of the entire bunch of movies I sent, all out of order, all run together. Glad she called! Thank you! Everything after that went exceptionally well, and they sent all my movies back to me perfectly safe via FedEx. I am very satisfied! I sent them an additional 14 movies in 8mm to process. Again, I thought it was a bit pricey but I also had a lot to process.
Everything was seamless and I'm over the moon with results. Now my kids have access to all their childhood memories, and can access them at any time. Forever!
Once again, iMemories has done the impossible. Copies so many of my family's very old photos that were in scrapbooks. A challenge, I think. I'm delighted with the service that iMemories provides and continue to have my photos backed up on this site.

It was heaven to be able to see my children as babies again now that they are all in college. I even got to watch video of my Dad who passed 27 years ago and hear his voice. As my husband said, this was worth every dime!

Our meals were delicious. Ordering on line was ideal. Prompt, and an ideal way to get a meal to have at home.
Delivered the digital version as expected. It was difficult to keep track of the pricing model given all of the price package variations being offered by iMemories.
Expectation have been exceeded. I have called several times and have been handled with polite responce.

The process of getting my aging video tapes put on digital data was easy with iMemories. They sent the package to pack your videos and then you sent them back and they took care of everything else. The project was done as they had mentioned. I also ordered flash drives for the family. I would recommend iMemories to anyone that wants to save old video tapes before they dry up and crack. I will be using iMemories again to digitize photos.
My Super 8 films of 50 years ago are now on all my children's computers. My family and I were very empress at how simple and easy it was.
I had all but given up on a quality version of my 8mm films - but decided to give it one more chance with updated technology. I'm very happy. A previous attempt came up with bad results.
